Dakota Ridge Apartments / Tides on Westcreek, Fort Worth TX

I stop by to do an application and not one of the 3 workers in there bother to speak. Thankful I dodged that bullet. I’m sure the reviews are absolutely true.

My sister lived here for maybe a year and now that I am looking for an apartment I've stumbled across it myself. For me, who cant effort much of anything, still would consider this place. Only as a Last Resort. My options are limited. I slept over many times while she lived there. Parking always was full and tricky. People aren't joking when they say others will call your car in for parking Not In Your Spot, and will tow. No warning. The appliances were old and not appealing but for such a low cost.it makes sense. What was too much for me were the roaches. Maintenance did come out for her, after a long time. It Seemed that the visits did help although you still have to deal with killing them yourself and throwing away the dead ones. The bathrooms were the same as the rest. Meh. Night time was scary and I suggest Not moving in this apartment, or area as a single female. People get robbed and its plain out not safe. The gate breaks often but does work half the time. They recently redid the playground. That was a Big improvement but with this area do not let your kids play without an adult by or during the night. Overall, I'd give my sister's apartment 3 stars. In my opinion, she had one of the best ones there. That very sad. Last Resort Apartments.

Renter beware! Read the reviews before moving here bc I definitely didn't and wish I had as a matter of fact I wouldn't recommend anyone move here rent is rediculously high 905 (not Worth it), they have a very bad mice infestation thru out the entire building they have water leakage, cracks, roaches, ants, you also have to pay for parking meanwhile they're using blank ones to paint more reserved spots which lessens the amount of free ones so you have to walk a freaking mile just to get to your apartment and most of the time this is at night I've heard gun shots I've seen people cars get broken into "Some gated community". Ohhh and the worst thing is your car will be towed if parked in the wrong spot which is stupid if you're paying rent but these apartments are just out for the money and def not investing it into there property they complain about everything yet they do nothing for there residents smh I could go on and on about how bad this property is.

Good apartment great price I've been here just over a year no issues been living in a efficiency apartment and now the staff is helping me move into a 2 bedroom thank you Kim for all your help

The staff at Dakota Ridge are very friendly, and informative. The monthly prices are great, with excellent features like a gated fence, and sheriff at the apartments so security is great. I will give a shout-out to Yakita, who always answers through phone or e-mail. I was able to move-in within a week without any hassles. Other people may have had bad experiences with this place, but mine was excellent. I would definitely refer this place to my family, but I chose this place to stay away from my family, so I will definitely refer this place to friends.

I was obviously not welcome to live here. From the moment I applied and paid the $50 app fee, Ms. Richardson gave me the run around on a number of items, all of which I showed evidence of being compliant in, I was given a bogus cause for denial. It was clearly discrimination on my background!

Terrible foundation! I hope they fix the squeaky floor and the bad foundation before they move in the new tenants! Yakita, the leasing agent be talking about us to the upcoming tenants probably because we complain about everything from the a/c not working to the roaches falling from the ceiling. Very unprofessional. Im so ready to move from this dump
