Dallas Family Medical Dr Julie Reihsen, Addison TX

My husband and I had an appointment for 8: 15, and it was 9: 10 and we were still waiting, he was very hungry because he was fasting since the night before. So he decided to leave. They (Dallas Family Medical) have a bad service and a disorganized office. I asked for the results of my lab exames and they were not sure if they could give it to me.how come? I need to have my own exames results. So they gave me an incomplete result of only two pages, when I should have everything of the checklist from my regular check up to show to my doctor.
I will not come back, and I don't recommend this place!

Dr. Reihsen is a great doctor. You tell her your concerns and she will get to the bottom of it. She is not a cheerleader kind of doctors. She is simply a scientist at work to help you solve your illness.if you want answers she's your lady!

Dr. Reihsen has been wonderful as a PCP so far. She had a lot of patients that day, and could've easily breezed through my annual physical, but I could sense she was really listening and really cared about my health concerns. She was personable, friendly but also direct and to-the-point with her answers. I'm very glad I chose Dr. Reihsen and will continue to see her as long as I can!

My experience with Dr. Reihsen has been very positive. The care I received has been thorough and of good quality. She takes a personal interest in my health. I have recommended her to my friends and family members without reservation.

Dr. Reihsen has always given me the best medical care under her service. She truly tried to know me as a person. I'm now living in another state and wish I could find someone that gave me half the treatment, I received from her.

Dr. Reihsen and her staff have always been GREAT to me! I have been seeing her for over 7 years and have recommended her to many co-workers and friends. In the 7 years of seeing her, I have never not been able to get a same day appointment when sick. She is personable, most thorough, up to date, and I have no doubt that my health is in the best of care with Dr. Reihsen.

Dr Reihsen has been my PCP for over 20 years. No matter where I've lived in the DFW area or if my insurance has changed, I've always come back to Dr R.

FYI- Dr R uses a hearing device. I've haven't noticed the device in a decade probably bc technology has improved over the years. So if you notice that she tilts her head towards you, speak up. Kindly repeat yourself if necessary.

I am very thankful for Dr R and I highly recommend her to my friends and family.
