Everyone, my consultant Eugene, Irene in alterations, the manager and other floor staff (sorry I didn’t catch your names!) were phenomenal! I felt so well taken care of and the staff was super knowledgeable, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for making this experience a wonderful and fantastic one. ️

Nictèy was absolutely AMAZING! She was so nice and helped me find my dream wedding dress! She was so helpful and sweet. I would recommend her and this store to anyone! The dress selection was amazing. You won’t regret coming here for your special day! Ask for her she made the experience all that and more

April 23 2021 I went for the fitting of my wedding dress today with Anna she was very professional. I was floored by the Alterations fee of 239.00.which I think was extremely high priced.this is just for the hem of the dress and a button for the tail of it.you pay more for alteration than you do for the dress

I was absolutely amazed by the customer service! I was promptly greeted at the door and congratulated! Eugene was my stylist and he really helped me find the dress of my dreams! He knew instantly what I would like and dislike just by how I held myself! He was super attentive and caring! His opinion was only helpful he didn’t try to sell me anything out of budget or anything I wouldn’t like! So encouraging and made me feel beautiful! I found the perfect dress and I never would have looked at it without his guidance! Also he had the best sense of humor! Overall the best shopping experience I’ve literally ever had! Will definitely come back if I get divorced and decide to get married again! -Bri

Ms. Elizabeth was gracious, knowledgeable, and encouraging during my appointment. She listened to my wishes and concerns and directed me to the perfect wedding dress within three tries in one single visit. My dress is exactly what I was looking for, and I was very pleased with the experience. I chose David's bridal for their good selection of plus size dresses and the ability to try on samples in or near my size.

You have a beautiful selection and I found one in particular that I was considering. However my experience with the salesperson, I think her name is Christina, was not pleasant. When we first walked in, she pointed towards the dresses to decide from. It want until I insisted did she somewhat explain. My daughter recently bought a dress from Elle Bleu and I was there with her. The treatment was individualized and focused on my daughter. I, on the other hand, did not have that. The sales lady was helping somebody else with a bridesmaid dress and conversing with another older sales lady. I have purchased my dress elsewhere with the an amazing experience.

I’m getting married in two weeks, October 5th.
To avoid any sort of stressors, I selected a full service venue that handles literally everything but the cake. All we have to do is show up. Following this logic, I figured I’d buy my dress early. I went to Davids Bridal around mid February, by myself. My bridesmaids are busy and my mom passed away last year, I was already on edge. The woman who helped me was pushy and not exactly helpful, however, I found the dress. During checkout, I asked about alterations, cashier explained they have them for an additional fee. Imagine my jealousy when we bought my fiancé’s suit and alterations were completely free and ready within a week. I solemnly agreed because I honestly didn’t think a mom & pop seamstress would have the dress done in time. I was set up for an appointment on August 7th at 2pm. Fast forward a few months, August 7th arrives and is a tuesday, the store is apparently under new management and are now closed on Tuesdays. I received no contact whatsoever. I was led to believe everything would be taken care of on that day. I call the next day and receive no apologies, I’m only asked if I’d like to reschedule. Well of course I would! I already paid! I’m scheduled towards the end of August, alterations goes without a hitch and I finally feel I can breathe a little bit. I’m standing with the alterations woman when I make my appointment. I’m looking at the same calendar she is, I pick September 6th at 2pm. It’s open clear as day. 1pm, 3pm, and 4pm are taken. Cashier assures me the dress would be ready mid September, they work very fast, and I leave breathing a sigh of relief. Whether she’s telling me what I wanted to hear doesn’t matter, I could finally direct my attention elsewhere like the sorely needed seating chart. The week before September 6th, I get a phone call from David’s Bridal. There’s been a double booking, my hands are tied as I already left the dress with them AND paid in advance. Not to mention I paid an extra $35 for some additional bustle buttons. I ask if it’s really necessary I be moved and I’m told there’s no other way. The new appointment is now for September 13th at 12: 30pm. For two solid weeks I received back to back calls asking me to move my appointment because there was a glitch or double booking. The day arrives, I walk into David’s Bridal albeit early, maybe 10mins till 12: 30pm. Alterations comes out to meet me and asks if I can come back at 1: 30pm, there’s minor details that need to get taken care of. I ask why I have an appointment for 12: 30pm if it isn’t ready? She said it’s just some minor items like pressing but it’ll be ready upon my return. I really cannot comprehend the lack of time management, service, and scheduling at this point. I come back, try on the dress for fifteen minutes or so, alterations fixes a button while I’m in the dress, towards the front hem there’s frayed string that wasn’t trimmed properly. The tag even has my wedding date wrong, it’s October 5th not November 5th.
Once out of it she explains she’ll press then package the dress, but wait didn’t she say she already pressed it? This is at 1: 45pm. I am left to wander the store aimlessly until 3: 07pm. A bride who came in after me to pick up her dress had already come and gone. I am livid and am told by staff I “have the patience of a saint”. In order to lighten the mood one staff member offered me a doughnut she had in the back. Hardeeharhar.
What more can I do? My dress is basically being held hostage. I’m finally able to leave and will not be looking back, for as lovely as the dress is I cannot get rid of the bad taste in my mouth from poor service, poor scheduling, poor alterations skills, and price gouging. Thanks but no thanks.

I came in to shop for a bridesmaid dress and had an amazing time! Gina Torrijos made everything so easy for me and helped me find a dress that was my style. Finding a dress has never been so easy! Thank you David’s Bridal and Gina for a great experience. I will definitely be coming back in the future and referring others to this store!

We had an amazing experience! The store manager and the other woman who helped us, Elizabeth were very professional and polite. It was the kind of experience you're looking for at a bridal boutique. I found my dress and I love it and the price was great too!

I was having some trouble finding the right color for my bridesmaids dresses. So my mom and I decided to walk in to buy some color swatches. Pam helped me right away. She not only found the exact color I wanted, but also showed me an awesome dress that could be tied in different ways according to my bridesmaids' taste. She then mentioned that they also had flower girl dresses and kindly showed me which were the most popular. I ended up falling in love with one of them that had a cute little heart shaped cut out in the back. To top it all off, Pam tied on a ribbon that was the same color I had just picked for my bridesmaids. I was so happy I wanted to cry!

Pam was so professional and friendly. I left feeling like I had accomplished way more than I had set out to.

We had a very short time to find and order my daughter in law's dress so made an appointment and we saw like 15 dresses that she liked. We had a late appointment and we spent about 3 hours or more trying the dresses until she found the one she loved.
Chatoria was very patient with the three of us until we got what we wanted and we appreciate that she stayed late for us.
The dress was supposed to be received on 9/12/18 and I got a call that it was received already on the 6th! That gave some time to do alterations and have it for the wedding that is on October 6th!
Elsa was in charge to ship it to San Diego where we need it.

My fiance left her dress (that she purchased in febuary) here for alterations in August. Since then, she's been rescheduled twice, and 2 more attempts to reschedule have been made. We are 2 weeks from our wedding. We show up today for her appointment only to be told to come back an hour later (little details were all that was left). Incompetent staff that cant even keep appointments, and so many "double booking" excuses. Her first appointment didnt even happen because the store was closed, and nobody felt the need to call and inform her of their new alterations schedule. Finally today she's seen and the visit to pick up the dress takes another hour and a half. I would not recommend this store to any bride, as it has caused stress and anxiety on mine, and brides dont need that on top of planning a wedding.

Torie was super helpful, very attentive, just overall the best! Showed her somewhat what I was looking and she took it from there. Instantly I fell in love with the second dress she picked. Definitely a great, memorable experience!
