I had already went to three other places to look at wedding dresses & had no luck, finally found my dress! And it was a wonderful experience thanks to Ieva! She was so sweet and helpful! I didn’t feel pressured into buying a dress like what I experienced at other places. Overall great experience!

The lady that was there was useless. Fat and ugly. I asked for other styles and instead she insisted on me buying the dress I tried on. I told her one was loose from the chest and the other size was perfect from the chest but too tight from my waist. She said “well you have a month to loose 10 pounds. ” I felt like instead of being shown other styles that I could’ve looked at she made me feel bad. And that wasn’t fair. I immediately left.

Thank you David's bridal for being apart of helping me find my wedding dress! I would love to give a shout out to Dora she was amazing and very kind, and she also gave her honest opinion which is great! ️

I really recommend shopping for your wedding dress here! There was such great customer service and the woman who helped me was so nice and helpful. Very great experience. They ring a bell when you find that perfect dress The prices of dresses vary but they are gorgeous dresses!

Diana Lozano was my consultant. She picked the perfect dress for me, totally different from what I thought I wanted. First dress I tried on. Thanks Diana and David's Bridal for making my dress shopping experience simple, stress free, and beyond a pleasurable and memorable experience!

I had an appointment but the person helping me didn't help much at all. Left me alone to struggle zipping up dresses and made me flip thru the racks guessing which dresses were on the registry instead of helping me find the 3 that were. There was only 1 other customer in the store and at least 4 employees that I saw. Not sure why I even made an appointment. Thr employees kept disappearing. Walking around the store with dresses half on searching for someone to help me, had to ask a customer to help me instead. Unacceptable. Something that would have taken me 10 mins took 40 mins because no one was there to help me. I wish I would have gotten a different dress because I wasn't even showed everything that was on the registry and settled for the one I did end up buying. Now it's too late, already paid in full and ordered. Will not shop at David's again in the future or for my own wedding next year.

Loved the experience and the amazing help. I went in on Thursday and a younger girl by the name of Carla assisted my mother and I. She was beyond helpful and even though she was helping others, she gave us all the exact same attention! She was very attentive and you can tell that she really wanted to help us all. This was by far the best customer service I have ever received at a bridal store, I will definitely be returning and scheduling to come in with the rest of my bridal party with Carla.
