DICK'S Sporting Goods reviews
37Visited this outlet to change the grip of my goft club. Carter at the golf section was very helpful, he tried his best to let us know everything we need to and did a good job in changing the grip for me. Look for carter if you happen to drop by this outlet. This friendly and professional boy will definitely make your day
Greeted at the door by a polite gentleman. A young lady helped me find what I was looking for (water shoes so I don't shred my feet on the bottom of the pool). The selection was small, but I was able to get " close enough" to make it work. Good store visit.
Was literally disrespected right when i walked in the door, and all i asked was where i should go to pick up an item i ordered online.
Great Place! Just needs more variety of specials other than apparel. Customer service is on point.
They had everything for sports. Your masks is required too and social distancing is put in place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Went there for the fist time yesterday and I was able to get all I needed. Got some outdoor gear for my kids too. Their swimming gears are so good. Got life jacket for myself and the kids and their snorkels. They also set up and email for discounts too.
Smaller than most other Dick’s Sporting Goods locations, but the place is clean, organized and conveniently located!
Sporting Goods!? 80% of the store is clothing! Nothing but S, M, L, XL and a few 2XL. No Big and Tall! None.
Understaffed in the shoe department like usual and just a really bad selection of sizes. I would say it's COVID related but it's really always this way. Ordered from Zappos instead.
It is big enough to find a little bit of everything. It has all kinds of prices and plenty of parking.
Horrible staff, unhelpful, major lack of product: I’ll take all my business to AMAZON. You can go out of business Dick’s for all I care. This is why your brand is struggling and will be out of business in the next 2 years.
Pretty good place to grab things you forget to grab before heading out fishing or camping from work. Prices are a little high, and they used to have an archery section, which at least right now they no longer have, but the real best thing about this store is when they have their clearance stuff set out before each new season. It’s worth a look! Otherwise, you can most likely find what you need. The price will just be a bit higher.
Would give them 0 star. Ask the store manager to help me find some rocker chair, reply was if they are here they are here otherwise we don’t know where to look for it. Then just left like that didn’t bother to check inventory or anything. Dick’s deserves a quick bankruptcy. Let’s see. My prediction is they won’t make it over a year
Lots of a selection to choose from. They have really good prices for all the workout equipment I need and its never too hard to find anything I'm looking for
Just horrible. Dick's is known for high prices and this location is known for horrible customer service. I have been here twice (always give a place a second chance) and the second trip was worse than the first. I'll drive the 10 extra minutes to get to academy.
They are a little higher on prices then other sports stores but had what I was looking for. They have removed all AR type longguns, all hicap magazines and for some reason. 223 ammo.
Shoe department busy, no place to try on shoes. I called ahead to confirm they could string a racquetball racquet, they said yes. We I arrived, they said they couldn't. Stood in line too long to pay.
Seems to have a good selection. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but they are not very knowledgeable.
Had to go ask for help 3 different times. Finally some one came when we figured it out. The store was nice and did get a10 percent discount on a mat we bought cause it was open, so that was good.
It’s not a bad store it does lack on selection of boots and shoes it’ll say it has it online but a no go at the store
