DICK'S Sporting Goods, Dallas TX

Good over all selection of sporting goods, but not a specialty store. Great sales if you stay vigilant scouring flyers.

It's one of the larger stores in the area but the prices are higher for items prices better at smaller Dick's.

Very good variety of sports items and most items are reasonably priced compared to other stores. Also price match.

Great customer service

I was looking for something specific and called first as the weather was bad and I didn't want to get out in it. An employee named Ashley answered the phone. Found what I was looking for and she held it for me. It was the last one. She is awesome. Then at the checkout the item ended up being about 60% off.

Variety of things to choose from. Kinda pricey considering i can buy the same products from at least 2 other stores for much less. I would recommend creating a specialty to drive more business. (Push products for a Certain sport- hockey gear isnt easy to find and little women have no options in golf. Just a suggestion)

Very nice and helpful staff. Did not have what I needed and spent a lot of time on computer trying to find a store for me to purchase the items that I needed.

Little guy with glasses behind rifle counter was rude. Other guy was good but not knowledgeable.

Always a pleasure going in one of those. So much stuff, so much variety. Didn't ask for any customer service since I didn't need any but I definitely enjoyed the store.

If I could rate lower I would. Terrible customer service. The girl working the shoe section could not be bothered. She made me feel like a nuisance when asking her for help. I was keeping her from her phone. I am not one to ever complain, but I will not be returning any time soon.

Love the customer service! Everytime we've gone, there's been someone walking the department available to help and if they couldn't help, they quickly found us someone who was knowledgeable about what we needed.

A ton of different things to pick from. Check out some other stores for the same product to compare prices.

The staff was extremely helpful if the shoe section even while juggling several other customers. I didn't have any trouble finding what I was looking for either.

It was no surprise. Found what I needed quickly with a little assistance. Service was very good.

We just purchased a basketball backboard for $1600. It was the most painful experience because literally one person did not know what the next person was doing. Not only was the back board not in stock, when we attempted to order it online the sales person did not know how to complete the transaction and ultimately require the managers assistance. Despite getting the managers assistance we still could not set up a delivery date.

I went shopping for golf apperal. It was over priced and not a great selection. Under Armour and Nike were the two they were pushing.

I am not into sport or camping but I liked to see what they have. They almost have all sport gears and camping tools.
