Not only did they patch my tire for FREE, i was also in and out in less than 30 mins. Excellent customer service, they made my day.

Appt set for 5: 30p, arrived at 5pm, handed over keys at 5: 15pm out by approx. 5: 45p

upbeat atmosphere in playing christian music! I have been going there for years! I made the
mistake of purchasing elsewhere and I had to keep going back and pay more for rotations and all, and the customer service couldnt compare. So I am going back home!

I went to Discount Tire because the back tire on the passenger side of my car indicated that the pressure was low and that I was in immenient danger. The Service Technician inspected all of my tires on my car and informed me that not only was the back tire on the rear passenger was low, but both of my tires on the front tread was down to the yellow which was dangerous for gripping the road if I had to stop suddenly while driving and could possibly cause me to be in an accident. I was very gracious for the service provided by the Service Technician because he was very professional and made me feel that he had my best interest at hand.

My go to location, since I’m super close to this one. Haven’t had any problems at this location. Staff is normally always professional.

Had a tire that always needed air bought two here, they balance the tires with purchase. Was well taken care of.

Had a flat and these guys fixed it for free because I was a Veteran. They thanked me for serving and it felt really special.

Great service! They did not have my tire in stock they ordered it and it came the same day. The called me up there they changed my tire and I was on my way in 15 minutes or less. I really appreciate all of their help because the last thing I wanted to do today was sit in a tire shop all day.

I stop by hoping the store was open. Well it actually closed at 6pm. I asked Deon if he could help me out by just putting air in my tire because the PSI was at 24. NO PROBLEM Deon said and fixed me all up.

They did not have tires to match what I had on my vehicle so the drove to another store and picked them up and installed them the same day.

Very busy, very cold and they just kept plugging away. I think the fellow checking tires was smiling, but he was so bundled up I only had his eyes to go by! A job well done.

Came in to repair tire and was told the tires needed to be replaced due to tread wear and dry rot. I knew the tires needed to be replaced and was given a great deal on Goodyear Frontera tires. I was really impressed because I came in on Xmas Eve and they were closing early in 15 minutes after I got there. I offered to come back after Xmas but they already had the wheels off and working. Awesome customer service.

My experience was great! It usually is when I go to Discount Tire, this was the first time I've been to this location. The person that helped me was Alvaro and he was great! Im sure the whole crew is awesome. Thanks again!

And the point of closing, they opened all unoccupied bays to allow for the massive amount of vehicle waiting for air. At first there was only one dedicated bay with one person.

Long lines despite people available to service you priority phone calls rather than in store customers

I was very impress for a Saturday. We had a flat tire went in payed for another one. They put it on we were out of their in 1: 15 minutes and it was crouded. Thanks again for the good service. Also all of the young men at the front desk was very nice to all the customers.
