22I visited the Desoto location last week. I dealt with David. He pre-ordered my tires and they arrived before the date promised. When I arrived he greeted me and my visit was no more than 15 minutes. David made an appointment for me and got me in and out. He was very professional. I have been doing business with Discount Tire since 2002 and the service received at the Desoto location was exemplary. By far the best experience I have had. If you call or stop by make sure you ask for David.
Please be aware of the lies! I purchased 2 brand new tires from this place 526.00 worth. I was told that these tires would last up to 50,000 miles, both of these tires apparently were used tires because the 1st tire tread was least then 10,000 miles and had to be replaced. Now, the second tire is at about 25000 miles and has to be replaced. This company tells untruths and sincerely play with ones safety. Terrible business practices!
