Dunkin' Donuts, Windcrest TX

They where very BZ, at the drive through, so I went inside to give my order, an did not have to wait long at all,

The staff is kinda rude. The coffee is ok, it tastes different every time. Also they charged me for milk added to a plain coffee.

Ordered online in the app, waited 15 min in the drive through (you can't go inside to pick it up) only for my order to be cold. They messed up my order and again since it's drive through only I had to get back in line and wait another 15 min for them to fix it

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. They’re ALWAYS out of something. Cups, eggs, bagels, donuts.whatever you want they don’t have. This morning it was “no food items except bagels and cream cheese” because they were cleaning their oven at 7 am.

You’ll have better luck getting a milkshake at McDonald’s cause atleast you go in knowing the machines probably broken

The manager Brandon is very nice. I absolutely love coming here. He makes sure everything is fresh and done right! Great customer service!

I liked my Gingerbread drink, my daughter did not like her Peperment Latte. It did not look like the picture from the menu with the whip cream and drizzle. It looked like a cup of coffee and the Peperment was too strong. The croissant was great. Hot and flaky.

Had a wonderful experience here! Needed 400 munchkins for my business and they were very accommodating. Thanks to Christopher and the whole Walzem team. I'll definitely be back!

I love DD, but they are a little lax in cleaning up after pig customers that leave their garbage laying all over.

Service was slow and not hospitable even with the online app to speed up service. Furthermore they didnt have all the donuts I wanted. Not worth a 15 minute drive on a Sunday morning.

Came to this location at 9pm. All 3 employees were talking, laughing, throwing ice at one another WHILE serving customers. Asked for decaf coffee, was told it would take 5 min. After 5, was told they brewed reg coffee. About 3 min later my decaf was ready. Sure hope it is decaf!

There aren't very many around and this one has to be the worst. The coffee tastes terrible and the donuts I ordered weren't even available. I hate when I feel like I wasted money & this is one of those times.

Not enough donuts only on certain days they make certain donuts. Sad for it to be called Dunkin donuts.

This place needs a SERIOUS check in from their food and service inspector. It is so dirty! The floor was so sticky that my shoes where sticking to the floor and slipping off my feet! The ice cream fudge container behind the counter was open and looks dirty. Everything just looks coated in a layer of nasty.

Not much of a selection of donuts. Was told certain donuts are made and sold on certain days of the week. They don't sell cinnamon or toasted coconut donuts on Thursdays. Was disappointed.

Had a great helper who even thought seemed preety worn out from a hard long day at work still gave us the hospitality and kindness that we deserved i didnt get her name but she was blonde and tall very preety

Completely different location and yet still the cashier (yamles) in the drive thru cut me off mid order and try to tell me my total.place was dead and she cut me of two times first she said are you done, (while I'm still talking) second time she said the total I was like I'm not done ordering.other then that fast service.

The food was good but what was suppose to be hot coffee, was cold and disgusting! I'm not impressed.
