I love coffee and donuts.today I got a surprise Horrible I went to wash my hands and the bathroom is disgusting The floor where they work was dirty full of papers and garbage to pieces of bread thrown away
Great coffee, patient service, not like star bucks, they Just always run out of coconut ice cream, don't know why?
Ice cream shop had no fudge, waffle cones, bananas, cookies, nuts. So basically had nothing. Manager posted a handwritten note that said what she was out of and then was rude when we asked about the products.also had no donuts. This store has completely changed the last two months. Ruined my day!
Had a decent size order to place so the app wouldn't let me do it. So I tried calling ahead for about an hour and they never answered. It was the only place in the area to get coffee and donuts in the same place so I eventually just went there, I told them that no one answered the phone and the cashier said "oh yeah we don't answer our phone most of the time".
Today was not a good day to visit Dunkin Donuts. They were understaffed with no supplies. They need have everything. Ice cream no comes, donuts and the staff have brain freeze.
Iced coffee is always on point, lines are always long but move pretty quickly. Always nice, always great customer service!
I have been to this location over the last year at different times of the day and different times during the week. And they never seem to have any of the specialty donuts. Literally every time.
