Terrible Service, rude people! Waited two week for the delivery, supposed to call the day before, but didn't. They called at 7: 00am, said "we will be there in 20 minutes". Called back 5 times over the next 30 minutes, driver refused to answer my calls. They let a note and phone number on the door when called, they said wait another week. They cost Home Depot a $5,000.00 appliance order. If you buy a Home Depot appliance, tell them do NOT to use DuPar.

The worst service ever recieved from any Delivery company. Purchased a stove from Home depot and was suppose to be installed on 9/03/15, no one ever followed up.we Called three times to the center, spoke to a dispatcher who promised that someone will call us back never did, Called fourth time to find out the center was closed. Never got installed until 9/09/15.

No call, no show. What a horrible way to do business. Working for a company that does field services, I know how important it is to call customers when anything changes.

The "1 star" given is truly just because I'm a Christian woman! I don't say this often (thankful) but this has to be 1 of the worst companies I've ever dealt with! From the racist undertones to the belligerent site coordinator, I was truly taken a back! Prior to allowing them in your home, you will need to "video record" the event to have proof of liability for installation damage. If not, they may claim they "didn't deliver it nor did they install it"! SERIOUSLY

I have had two deliveries by them for items from Home Depot, a stove and a freezer. Both times they called ahead of time and then showed up as expected. The delivery men were polite, considerate of our home and very professional. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

It's ironic you would say, we did not get a call the night before as indicated we would get, nor did we get the 30 minute call prior as indicated. The technician claims he call both our contact numbers, yet neglected to call the main number first and leave a message at both numbers. He also refused to come back during the 2-6 hr window period as originally stated.

I received a call from Jessica a week in advance that I would have to wait an additional day from 8until5 for the delivery of my microwave, after having been told by GE that the entire process would only take 5 to 7days. This started on the 3rd of the month with an expectation now to end on the 21st. Customer service or satisfaction are no longer necessary. Sorry that I could not rate both Dupar Inc.and GE a zero. But I guess no one wants to hear the truth even on a ratings survey. Thanks.

First time delivery of washer and dryer resulted in damage to my property and the washer. Still trying to process the claim three weeks later. Dryer was defective and still awaiting a new one to be delivered. Have placed many calls to this company, never had one returned. Will not be buying appliances from Home Depot again and will not under any circumstances use this company for delivery.

Horrible Customer Service

Ordered a fridge from Home Depot - first delivery was damaged, replacement was delivered to someone else, 2nd replacement was lost in the warehouse for a week. All the while I received horrible customer service from the ladies in the office. I never received calls when expected and you could tell they just didn't care. They were actually rude. I even had the vendor call them and that was no help. Home Depot you need a new delivery service.

Installed a new washing machine poorly causing damage to machine. Sent a rep to assess, a couple days later that rep called to say they would do nothing further to make right breaking the new machine. Terrible business practice.

They scratched the entrance of my house, so I called to let them know and ask for someone to come and fix it. It has been impossible for them to get back to me, they keep stalling and thay don't even let you review them unless it is with a 5 star rating.
