28Went on a Sunday when my dog had a really bad hotspot that needed to be seen that day. I paid a 3rd of what very few others that were open we're charging (emergency clinics). But good deal aside, they were nice. It was super busy but they direct traffic well. With it being busy obviously other people have good experience there too.
The people are great here! My cat has a chronic illness and the doctors and nurses are so great at helping me manage it. It is usually always easy to get a last minute appointment which is great for us since our schedule can be unpredictable.
My dog became ill on a Sunday evening. Was able to get an appointment schedule for that evening. The staff was courteous, professional, and kind. The Vet was very concerned about my dogs well being as well as my financial well being. I have already recommended East Lake Veterinary to other friends.
The doctors and staff are professional yet kind. Very compassionate people working for our fur babies! We adopted our lab-mix from East Lake Pet Orphanage, on-site rescues have been vetted and trained prior to adoption. Adopters are screened for a good match. We now have 4 rescues and they all get their veterinarian care at East Lake!
Amazing vets office! They are great with all our animals and it’s easy to get in for an appointment when we really need it.
Our Charlie was treated very well. He will be back to see you with our complete confidence that he will be cared of. Keep up the good work!
Have been going here for about 20 years. Love the special attention we receive from all the staff and the doctors. Tim has been with them a long time and always goes out of his way to comfort you in every situation. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone as the professional care given is best. Carol Grannan
Bad treatment of animals, these two "vets" used aggressive force on my dog and made her poop on her self and not to mention overpriced examination! $60 to look at my dog? I recommend going somewhere else because this place doesnt care about your dogs well-being. Worst place ever
