33I was at this location today there was nobody on the front desk to welcome. I was waiting there for almost 10 minutes and nobody came outside oh terrible customer service I even tried calling them nobody answered. Other locations are not like this, worst location take your business somewhere else
The arrangement was beautiful and looked delicious! My mom loved it! My only suggestion is that you have a few small items readily available for last minute shoppers. I had hoped to be able to purchase something for my sister. At least I know for next time.
I should have looked at the reviews for this location before ordering. I processed an order for Teacher Appreciation week and was suppose to be delivered today. Not only was it not delivered they didn’t refund me. Save your time DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.
I’m very picky about my fruit and the chocolate covered strawberries, bananas and pineapples I ordered were perfect.
I placed an order the previous night and they attempted to deliver them at around 11AM. I wasn’t able to open the gate at first but they contacted me and were willing to re deliver. Thanks Anika! The bouquet was fresh and perfect!
My mom who lives out of town is a loyal customer and sends us fruit bouquets often.
The last three that we have received have been very poor quality. The fruit is old, soft and never fresh. The pineapples are too hard, strawberries are too soft and small, and the cholcolate is never set and always sweating.
I have asked my mom to stop ordering from this location because we always end up tossing the basket in the trash. This location needs to up their game to maintain the edible arrangements brand and quality of product.
I will never order again.
Under delivery instructions, I put after 6: 30pm. I just received an email @11: 30am that my order has been delivered!? The recipient isn't there, no one answers the phone and it one pre recorded message to call between business hours 8am-7pm, then get transferred to another pre-recorded message. Horrible service, ruined my surprise, so aggravated.
The associates at the store were great with accommodating my order. There was a glitch with a discount code and they rectified it quickly. The recipient of the fruit bouquet was delighted and enjoyed it!
The fruits weren’t ripe, very sad because it was a gift to someone and it wasn’t my money’s worth. Please do better.
I took some time off work to take my 80 year old mom to the nursery to pick up her new plants and this was what we were confronted with on the way home. This driver got next to us and motioned for me to roll down my window. He then yelled out derogatory comments and expletives. I was shocked and was happy that he was turning but he then u turned back to continue his harassments. I was able to take his picture the second time around. I had to make multiple detours to make sure that he wasn’t trying to follow us home. My mom was traumatized by the experience. This type of behavior cannot be tolerated.
Never received my Valentine's Order! Called them all day during business hours and no one picked up phone; would go straight to voicemail and had no option to leave a message. What kind of business is this? Would give them a zero star if possible.
They went out of their way to help me get a delivery date changed
at the last minute and made the delivery happen that very day.

My wife didn’t receive the order that I put in for her well before Valentine’s Day. I have been calling since Friday (Valentine’s Day) at 4: 45 through the whole weekend and nobody answer the phone. Still today nobody is answering the phone. As a company you should not accept more business than you can handle. Do not waste your time and money on this location. Now I have to raise hell to get my money back on these over price strawberries and balloons.
Horrible experience.order was over 30 mins late, no communication besides when I was first asked to wait. I had an event to attend with the gifts and of course I was late! Customer service number had me on hold just to ask if they could call me back. What the hell!
This location is by far the worst I have been to. I ordered 2 arrangements, one for my girlfriend and one for my wife. They mixed the orders up and now my wife wants a divorce. I had my order taken by an excessively rude employee by the name Erika. Not sure if that's the correct spelling. Buyer beware!
I love the idea of sending Edible Arrangements in place of a Thank You note after an interview. They have always made a great hit when I send them.
I placed an order at the VERY last minute for Mother's Day for my daughter in law. I live in Memphis and found this location online, placed my order, and sent my son to pick it up. The online ordering was seemless! It was waiting for him when he arrived. This location is literally 5 minutes from their home! My daughter in law was pleasantly surprised and loved her chocolate dipped strawberries!
Terrible management! Erika was speaking so fast. I've had many problems just understanding her; answering the phone was my may concern for the well being of the company. Very disrespectful to her employee's and some customers as well. How is she still an employee there? ! Never going back to Dunvale @ Westheimer Road!
The Houston Westheimer store did great with the delivery time even after our office changed it multiple times. The basket was beautiful and huge! We ordered 2 items; the "Best of 2018! Delicious Celebration - Dipped Fruit Delight - Large" and the "Spring Swizzle Truffles Set - 24 Count". Fruit was very fresh and truffles were delicious! Great job, Westheimer store! Very much appreciate the prompt and courteous service received! This basket fed 8 grown men, me and we still had 2 containers of left over fruit for later. My only regret is not having cash to tip since they couldn't do a tip on my AmEx.
I’ve sent two messages thru your website and have still not been contacted again. I placed an order on Feb7 to deliver on Feb 14. Delivery was not made. I made multiple attempts to contact the store on the 14 and the line was busy each time so I sent a message through the website. I was contacted the morning of the 15th by Jasmine (sp?) who offered a discount and assured me the delivery would be made by noon on 15th. By 3pm deliver had not been made so I called back again and spoke to another employee who said the order was leaving that minute.again it never arrived. I tried calling multiple times on the 16th and was never able to make contact so I sent another message through the website. I have still not received another call back.
I want my money back! Could really care less about any more useless apologies or promises.
