Ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day a week early, to be delivered two days before Valentine's in order to avoid the rush of that day. The wrong arrangement was delivered. I called, and they said they would come within 90 minutes to pick up the incorrect arrangement and deliver the correct one. Took 3 more phone calls and 3 hours to make the exchange. No apology, no offer of even a discount on a future purchase for spoiling the surprise, wasting my time, and huge hassle to wait around and then leave office building upon their arrival to correct THEIR MISTAKE! Fool me once! Not worth it. Never again! BEWARE of this location!

Terrible help not even an attempt to help y hasn't the manager done anything about the 2.6 raiting just comes to show you that they don't care last time I order from them pfff what a joke

Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT order anything from this location. I placed an order 2 days before Valentine’s Day to be delivered the day of. By 4: 30pm (the latest they deliver to businesses is 5pm) they had not delivered my order to my boyfriend’s job. Had to go up there personally to pick up the order (which took another hour and a half) otherwise they would have never delivered it and he would have never received it. They had not even made the order yet. Terrible customer service and they never pick up their phone. This location is AWFUL.

I love their products but, Corporate & the store owners managers have no concept of customer service, The Store manager Ericka Castillo was very rued.

Service at this place is not near as good as other locations. My wife almost missed the delivery because it was so late. I placed the order a week in advance and asked to please deliver early. Was also delivered warm. I understand that there were many orders, but they should setup a system where the earliest orders are delivered first. Not very good customer service.

Stay away. My better half put in an order on the 13th around lunch time for my Valentine's, he was promised "guaranteed" delivery by 1p.m on the 14th. This is the closest location to my job which is why he went there, 3.6 miles to be exact. He gave them my correct name, number and work address as printed on his reciept. Big mistake, no Valentine's day surprise for me, not even a courtesy call to him. And they must have disconnected the phone because he couldn't get through all day. Lol I spent the evening consoling him because he was more upset than I was. He goes back today, the operator ran to the back when he saw him, leaving the poor clerk to repeatedly apologize, adding that 25 other orders didn't make it to their destination! Order here at your own risk but have a back up plan!

The worse place ever, please do not go there, they called me at 530 saying their computers are crashing and can we Reschedule to the next day, I said no I need my money back now.never again, they are super rude and everything.

Very very poor customer service late every time I’ve used them piss poor stay away from this location.

Genuinely shocked at the lack of professionalism with this location. My order was placed, and I had to call in the day of delivery at 1: 30 to find out where it was. "We will call you back" is the response I got when I told them the recipient would be leaving work at 2: 30. At 2: 45 (and no call back) I rang them again only to be told "I'll call the driver, " which did no good.delivery had not come. 3: 45 rolls around and here I am calling again (they apparently are unable to dial phones) and they have no idea when it will be delivered, so I ask for a refund and of course I'm told "I'll have to ask the manager if we can do that. Nearly 5pm and the day is gone.the item finally arrives but the birthday girl has long since left and will not receive the item in time to celebrate. Once again I am calling them to insist on a refund to which I'm once again told "we have to ask the manager and we will call you back. " 24 later and my phone still has not yet rung. Will never be ordering from this location in the future, and my experience will be getting sent to corporate.

Worst experience ever! I paid extra for them to deliver on valentines day n the person didnt get nothing all day this will b the first and last time i order from them

ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER! I placed my order to be delivered as a congratulatory surprise for my brother at 10a.m. And was advised it would be delivered at his place of employment before 4p.m. By 4: 30p.m. It was not delivered, I called the store front and was advised the driver had just gotten the delivery van out of the mechanics at 2p.m. To start delivering and that the driver was only 15 minutes away. I call at 4: 50 and was told the driver was not going to make it before 5p.m. We agreed to do a home delivery, by 6: 10 I called and was advised the driver was down the street as she would drop off on her way home since it was in route and was 15 minutes away (15 minutes seems to be there time frame for every delivery). The store front closes at 7p.m. And my delivery was not made until 7: 20p.m! TALK ABOUT RUINING THE SURPRISE! Not only was my brother wondering what was going on as I stalled for him to stay at work till 5p.m. And had him WAIT at home for a delivery knowing he needed to prep for his vacation. NEVER AGAIN! Absolutely worst customer service and delivery!

Bad costumer service! My edible arrangements never got delivered! Don't waist your time and money!

The service at this locations is nothing compared to others. Need to hired more friendly workers!
