Dont not come to this location unless u like eating cold food. Service is horrible employees need to be retrained, have to wait atleast 20 min for food just to get it ice cold.smh.
I love El Pollo Loco, but this time at 12: 30 noon they did not have food ready and they did not offer or ask me to wait.
The experience was very good the chicken was excellent served hot salad fresh macaroni and cheese sensational and the staff very friendly and very customer aware will come again
Firs time I went, I couldn't decide what to eat. I did like the flavor of their food and selections. I will go again.
