El Rancho Supermercado reviews
25 I always get great service! Amazing staff.
I do wish they'd restock the large candles again.
Great selection of fruits with very cheap prices on some items. You can't beat 25 limes for a dollar! Other more conventional items you can normally find in other grocers, are higher priced, but fruits, meats and imported Mexican products are a bargain. Also has an awesome selection of sweets, cakes and breads.
I love el rancho always fresh fruit cakes bake bread. And try the 3leches cake is delicious. It's not dry or watery is just GOOD?
I love their "caldo de res" and some of their other food items. Jose, who works that section, always excels at customer service and he makes sure that the order is perfect.
The cashier named JOSELIN was throwing the N word around like nothing in front of customers to her peers. I find it disrespectful specially in front of her customers. This type of behavior should not be tolerated.
They have a good variety of food that I eat and they are always pleasant. Been going there since I moved here to Texas. They keep the prices where it affordable to live here. Nothing fancy just about getting the shopper what they need and want from them.
This place is located near my apartment and that's a huge help for me because I don't drive. When I first started going to El Rancho I was a bit confused. The layout is a bit different from my usual supermarkets so I wandered around a lot. Before you ask, yes I did ask for help and the stocking folks were consistently helpful and friendly. The other thing which was a bit difficult at first was the produce. Not only items like cactus I'm not used to but sometimes the signs were missing the English word. Checkout can take a while, especially around dinnertime but not different from other supermarkets. I've found that when I shop very early or very late the lines are shortest. It seems the longer I go here the more I like it.
This place is really nice and clean. Well supplied. They also have Mexican sweet bread and ceramics.
I love this grocery store. It is always clean, bright, and well stocked. A major plus, the carts never have bad wheels! Every cart I use is always smooth and in working order.
Great selection of fresh produce and meat. Best prices in Dallas on many products such as produce and meat.
This store is great! Nice selection a reasonable prices, especially for a little family-owned market. I worked a wine promotion once at this store, and the two brothers who own it were so kind and accommodating-
Here is a place I feel great about giving my business to!
Food court is a mess. The guy and the lady there were running like headless chickens. There was no line, just three of us and still took over 15 to get the food. Once they God the food they went to to warm up the tortillas, by the time we got the food it was already cold. The 'natural fruit water' was tasteless as can be. Why aren't all the Ranchos equal? The best location so far is the one on Coit, the rest are a total wreck!
Prices to high, no restroom avaliable, and only one people work, line many people waiting, i don't recommend this market.
Too pricey and not a good selection of product s and poor air conditioning it was hot. Breads at entrance we're stale.
Visited on my trip to Dallas and I absolutely love this supermercado! I'm from San Antonio and would love if they brought a store down here to us. Until then, I'll make my trip up to Austin to get my grocery fix. (It's that serious!)
They have a really good food court. Fresh and lots of cool bakery and fruit items. I hate eating them because I feel like I am destroying something a person loved.
I stopped here one time around 8pm because I have a friend that lives down the street.the area look very run down and ghetto. I seriously didnt feel comfortable.
They have great fruit. But there is a limited supply of type of fruit. The price are great. The store is very clean. The customer service was friendly.
Would give it a 0 if I could. Horrible service if you don’t want to work go home, no need for you to throw my food nor cans because I doubt they would like that in return. Cashiers need help don’t even say hi and look mad when we say something. Horrible never coming again.
I’m so unbelievable upset with this place. 1st of all they took up to 10 minutes to acknowledge me and I had to ask 2-3 Times for them to take my order. 2nd of all they took 20-30 min just to make a 16oz juice and store was empty. Then they try to charge me an extra $1 and I was given attitude because I demanded them take off the extra $1. So basically cooperate really needs to do something about there employees being so rude. The taqueria side next to the bakery
