El Rancho Supermercado reviews
25If you're interested on getting a job there trying to figure out to work day time but really they need you at night time go for it
Cheap prices but the lines are pretty big and it takes more time for me to unload my groceries into the conveyer then it is to shop for the actual groceries.
I had a bad experience with one of the employees at the cafe section of the Supermercado. I wanted to order some Menudo but the employee did not and could not speak nor understand English. So there was so much confusion that the lady practically ignored me until a kind customer assisted me with my order. The customer told me that the employee was saying rude things to me and that her customer service skills were horrible. I'm giving this rating a three stars because the customer service was horrible, but the food was terrific. I'm hoping someone in management can make a system that is friendlier for non-speaking Spanish Customers to interact with non-speaking English Employees.
Needed a case of corn for out restaurant and they were more than willing to sell me a case from the back. It's a very clean store.
I go to the one on Gaston Ave. It's nice & clean. There always over charging me also they can't keep cashier's every week there's always new people, why is that. Management big issue.
