My experience here was amazing quick reliable service very explanatory and knowledgeable the staff was very friendly I would like to recognize chaunsa and Juwan for their above and beyond outstanding customer service thank you guys so much

I booked a standard and was given full size because they didn’t have any other cars available. I paid the cost plus the $300 deposit but was not returned my full refund because I was charged the difference. Be aware.the friendly customer service isn’t always genuine, I was definitely scammed.

This new staff is terrible, teach some accountability & stop overcharging.

Very helpful and informative. Went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and needs were met.

Very in cooperative staff and asked us to pay 3 days extra rent for their technology issues. The phones were not active and had to visit the location multiple times.
Manager lied about the location been open and refused to close the matter without us paying the money.
Very disrespectful staff and took money for Their issues.

I rent from this enterprise every time I rent a car. They have great customer service and they are fast. I simply reserve a car online, show up when I am supposed to and they have me on the road in 5 minutes.

I booked a car 10 days in advance, but NO cars were available to pick up when I went to the location. This was poor on Enterprise side and now I don't trust them to provide the service. I got a car after an hour of scheduled pick up time at another location. I am giving 3 stars because the other location were friendly, helpful, and courteous.

The Enterprise representatives at the Richardson location were very professional and got me in and out very quickly. The Suburban I rented was extremely clean and a joy to drive. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would not hesitate to do business there again! I will definitely be referring to my family and friends.

I have been renting vehicles from this location almost a decade. I do not even live in the area. Although the teams have differed over the years, I always receive the best customer service experience! In addition, they are always attempting to put me in a vehicle that best suits my needs and taste. I would not hesitate to recommend this particular location to anyone looking to rent a vehicle.

Enterprise people were great. The vehicle was not. The steering wheel was not centered, it needs alignment, shakes at speeds over 65 mph and THE BACK SEAT AIR DOESNT WORK.
But again your people are great.

I did not like British talking guy. However, the other staff very friendly and took care very professionally.

Over charge for car rental, slow service, charge 4 times the price for tollways, mid-size was shabby Corrolla, and dirty car.

Car was great, available on time, prompt & efficient service. But the previous driver was a smoker & the smell took a few days to go. This is probably because of the scarcity of cars, but it has an impact on the customer experience.

The guy at the front desk was super helpful and explained everything we needed to know clearly. It'd started raining while waiting outside for him to get the keys for the rental and this other worker ran inside and got me an umbrella. Kind and well appreciated!

I got a nice car at a fair price. The staff is very friendly, including the Driver that picked me up at home and took me to pick up my car. Great service!

I rented car for 5 days. When I rented, the sales person took less than 1 min to inspect the car (he was the only person available that time). When I asked him about some scratches and dents, he said it is okay up to quarter size.

When I went to return the car, 2 people went through the car like crazy. And found 2 dent (1 hardly can see) and it was caused by hail. I parked my car in the garage and did not drive in rain at all.

He tried to sell me insurance for hail! Which I declined.

Now I am going through my insurance company to fix something which pre exited.

The staff is great love the customer service, every question I had they always helped me out.thank you so much I will definetely be back to this location.

It took too long for me to be picked up at Reliable Chevrolet.the store is a few blocks away!

I really appreciated having a Silverado to select (with Alabama plates). My Avalanche was in the shop, and a truck driver usually prefers to drive a truck.

The low tire pressure warning appeared for one of the tires a few days after I got it.

When I picked up my truck at Reliable Chevrolet, I left the Silverado rental there. I liked that Enterprise called me the next day to follow-up and thank me for the business. The people were very nice and seemed to have it mostly together (except for the delay in picking me up at the beginning).
