Everyone at this branch was very friendly, flexible, and helpful. The definitely helped to make my trip go smoothly.

The customer service is exceptional. They are small but very busy. It was standing room only on the Saturday I arrived for my pick up. They were very frank informing me it may take up to an hour but they would take care of me that day. I took a seat and watched as they took the time to be extremely professional and personalized with each customer's needs but it did not impede their workflow as they moved customers in and out rather swiftly but not neglecting the details. I was the last person they serviced that day but they still gave me top notch service. They also earned my loyalty when I need to set up a rental I do so exclusively with them

FANTASTIC customer service and so easy to work with. We found exactly the vehicle we were looking for. The loan process was quick and easy. Our salesman, Chris Cazorla, was so very nice and easy to work with. His concern was that we found a quality vehicle that we loved and could afford. Also, Chris in finance made the loan process quick and painless. They worked hard to make sure we could get what we wanted. LOVE MY VAN and would highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales as a top notch place to find and buy a quality used car. We are so very pleased with our new car and the whole buying process at Enterprise Car Sales.

Rental car provided had the "Check Oil" light on the entire time. It was already lit when I picked it up. Also, no windshield wiper fluid.was completely empty. Only 2 cars to choose from and this entry level Buick was the best choice, which wasn't all that great. Felt a bit taken on the extra car insurance >> they do a hard sell on that, only to find out I was already covered under my insurance. Guess that was my fault for accepting coverage that I totally didn't need, but I somehow think they know this and should ask in a different manner than "this is what everyone gets. " Only 3 stars bc the staff was friendly and fast.

I had a death in the family and my car was in the garage getting repaired. Corbin Lopes was great assistance in helping me get a vehicle quick and at a very fair price. Thank you Corbin and Enterprise (Richardson, TX) for being there.

Enterprise settled a disputed about an over site on a car rental of mine. There was a miscommunication and they were willing to 100% take care of it so I left happy. I really appreciated that. Thanks

I am very satisfied with the customer service. This location has very quick, fast and friendly staff with amazing skills and knowledge. I will definitely recommend it to anyone. Car I got was Toyota Rav4. Nothing to brag about so, no pics but it was very clean and nice. Thank you.
