Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Brownsville TX

Grade A service from start to finish. I live an hour away and drove all the way to this location because of their excellent manner. I highly recommend this location.

We had to get a van last minute and enterprise was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed. I will definitely use them again.

I booked my rental online for the weekend the same day I was going to pick it up. I got to the enterprise location, they pulled up my rental info and I was out of there in no more than 20 minutes. I thought that was great as I was already in a hurry and they moved quickly with my rental process. They were also able to drop me off after I returned my rental. Awesome job guys keep it up!:)

The staff (Mina, Jesus, Melissa, David and others) have always been very friendly and always pick me up or drop me off when I need a ride (just a call away). They always push to ensure that I am satisfied with my rental as I do many rentals due to work. Recently a car crashed into my rental (left panel damage) and they exchanged the car that same day. Not once have I had a complaint on how amazing this office is. Keep up the great work!

Friendly staff. However, nearly $300 to drop the car off at a different location? Insane. Ended up paying $500 for a two day rental. Could've just caught a flight for that price. Enterprise is a no go for me from now on.
