Epic Eye Care, Garland TX

Everyone is pleasant and pacient. It took me a very long to decide on my frames but they waited patiently and game suggestions only when I requested it and based on the best fit for my double prescription. Doctor was also outstanding. He described my symptoms without me even telling him. Plus, he made me laugh on a tough day. Great place.

Although it's been a couple years since my last eye exam (don't tell Dr. Tran: -s) I have to say, it was one of the better experiences I've had and I have worn glasses for almost 20 years. From the staff to Dr. Tran himself, you can see that this office really cares for their customers. The recent technology allows for a seemless experience and that's always a plus. Now, I should probably find some time and schedule my eye exam since I am due.oooops.

Visiting Dr. Tran's office is a great experience. From the moment you walk in the receptionist greets you and it is never a long wait until you see Dr. Tran. The doctor himself is a no-nonsense individual who truly looks at his patient's needs. In my experience oftentimes Optometrists try to "upsell" you into purchasing glasses. Not so at Epic Eye Care. Dr. Tran individually assesses your needs and takes a very honest and practical approach to dispensing advice. He has pleasantly surprised me by NOT recommending I get new glasses even though the glasses I own have been in use almost 17 years! He and his office staff provide great service and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Tran is always great, and his team is a lot of fun. The accuracy, thoroughness of everyone, and the speed of the appointments really make the patients feel respected and cared for.

I've liked our visits. They've seen both of my 6-year-old kids in the past year. Short wait with an appointment. The doctor is very good with kids, especially non-verbal ones like my son. I didn't think we'd be able to get an eye exam for my son without him able to speak yet. The doc told us he can handle exams for people he doesn't have a common language with so no language works fine too. And he did it! We'll be going back for our check-ups and new glasses in the coming year.

This was my first visit here for my 5 year old son. He wasn't to happy with the fact that he had to get glasses but the Dr made it fun and exciting for him so now hes looking forward to getting them! The office is very comfortable and staff is very nice.
Highly recommend this office if in need of eye care. Will be going again if I need glasses and will recommend anyone I know to come here.

I have been going to Dr. Tran for a couple of years now and will continue to go for many more. Great service and worth a visit.

Dr. Tran is very awesome. Myself as well as my twin daughters when to visit a few months ago. It was my girls first time at the eye doctors. They were very afraid and excited at the same time. Both girls end up needing glasses. Dr. Tran and his staff where very helpful, and great at explaining thing to my girls. He also pointed out that my eye sight was really bad, and made sure I had my glasses before I left the office.

Dr. Tran is the best eye doctor I've ever had! He takes his time and does everything he can to improve vision and comfort, even if you are ok with what you are wearing! His staff is also the best! They a very helpful and informative as, well as making you feel comfortable!

The staff is very kind, but the so called Dr Tran is very rude and unapologetic. He's a jerk and I will not be returning. I am on pregnant Medicaid and was treated like scum by him.

Dr. Moore is so wonderful. He is kind, compassionate and caring. We were grateful for his knowledge and expertise as well. He spent all the time we needed with him and we didn't feel like we were being rushed through our appointment. His assistant, Jen was equally as attentive and engaging. Our overall experience was truly pleasing.

Sweet staff, my son's glasses broke and we didn't even get the glasses from this place and they let me bring them in and they fix them for free. Most places are only concerned with getting your money so the fact that they did this for me meant a lot to me

I visited this office for the first time yesterday since I wanted a much closer eye doctor to go to and it went great! The staff was really nice and I was in and out! Definitely gonna come here for any eye checkups.

Dr. Tran and his staff are smart and professional. This is the only place I go to get my eye exam for glasses and contact lens. In and out process are smooth. Dr. Tran remembers you and your family. It's like coming back to see an old friend while getting the eye exam done.

I was having problems with my contacts. I went in right before they were going to close. I thought they would be upset or rude.everyone was VERY nice. They helped me with my problem and I have an appointment for the busy month of Aug. (my annual appointment) Love Dr Tran and his staff!

Dr. Tran and his staff are always great, they get you in and out for your appointment, are courteous and very friendly.

I really love this place the doctor took care of me in no time. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my eye. I have been coming to Epic Eye Care for almost 3 years now and it was the best decision that I made. Keep up the great work Epic Eye Care!

Visit #2: Staff is great, Dr. Tran knows his stuff and as a bonus is pretty funny. New glasses on their way in just over a week. Can't wait!
