Excel Urgent Care, Missouri City TX

We're new to the area and when our child had a severe allergic reaction we needed immediate medical attention. Thankfully our new neighbors were visiting and suggested we go to Excel. Our son was treated right away, and was given an injection to help with his symptoms. The entire staff was excellent! They explained everything and they treated us like family. They even followed up with us the next day!

My daughter was feeling horrible and we couldn't get in to see our PCP. She was able to be seen at excel right away without an appointment. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and the provider an "MD" was fantastic and had the best bedside manners. I'm so glad we came here, thanks to my neighbor Carol who highly recommended them!

8/6/2017, I just got rip off $120 visit took my kid for some skin lesion that show up over night, decide to take him here because we got worry, the doctor just look and said oh yeah I recommend a specialists and take them to your pediatric doctor. But let's trying giving this drug but then she said if the meds is to much don't buy it. So I have my doubts and of course it was expensive! So we decided to take him to his regular doctor and yeah she quickly diagnosed knew what it's was and provide the right medicine and far less! Unbelievable excel urgent care misdiagnosed something very common that kids get. Un experience physicians at this place. My first and my last time I go here. They fast to take your money it should be a rule if we don't know what it is let's not charge. Yeah people don't go here!

Friendly staff, no wait urgent care. Cheaper than ER but if you don't have insurance, it can be pricey. It's fast and way better than local doctors for quick medical needs or Mid-level sicknesses. Love the location and the place is clean and well kept

Great service, the staff is very friendly! We've been coming here for a few years now and we always get the BEST care. I highly recommend Excel Urgent Care! My family is thankful to receive quality care when we aren't feeling well. I wish everyone had an urgent care like this in their community! They actually care about their patients! We leave feeling better every single time!

I had a great experience last week at Excel Urgent Care. I saw the NP Ms. Owo she was very sweet and caring. Wait time wasn't too bad even though they were a little busy, still got in and out w/n 30 mins. All of the staff was very nice and helpful, I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!:)

Dr. Okonji was very helpful & kind. My elderly dad had been dealing with an infection and she was very caring, listening to him explain the whole situation. She also informed us to followup with his cardio doc. I want to thank Dr. Okonji for her time & expertise.
Also I want to thank the staff for their help and patience.

The back office nurse named zolia I believe was extremely rude to me over the phone. I called about an issue the doctor and she was unable to take care of a couple of weeks ago because now I have more symptoms after medication and she couldn't answer any of my question. I do not know how she is even licensed to be a nurse at the facility. She said to come back again and pay again.

I love working here at excel urgent care the Management and Doctors and staff is all great! Nice place to work.
