Extra Space Storage, Fort Worth TX

I was in the process of moving out and needed one additional day. The full month's rent was inadvertently taken from my account. The manager, Shiloh, was very kind. She refunded my money and only charged me for one additional day. I was so relieved!

Shilo was informative, fast, and efficient. My grandma didn’t even notice we were in and out so fast.

Nice clean place, easy access and the staff is on the spot helpful. Definitely will be sticking around.

RAT INFESTATION. They've had rats since June and are still renting new units to people. If you care about your belongings- I'd go somewhere else.

It was so easy to rent a unit on line. Then a very nice young women showed me the unit and how to use the lock. The facility is so clean.

Everyone at this location was so helpful with our move from Florida and needing a storage unit at the last minute due to our apartment not being ready. They made it easy and stress free!

One star because you have to choose! This place stay getting broken into. The staff shows to empathy and the company takes no responsibility. There is a regular link fence next to apartments and the thieves cut it and walk on the property. Apparently this happens all the time! The detective told e get out of there ASAP and that it was nothing new! The company made no provisions to secure your things or make it right. Don’t go there!

The customer service at this location is a amazing! I did everything online and went to the location to get the keys and Joel was super helpful and everything was fast and easy.

Great staff and I love it here cuz there very convenient there inside where it’s nice and cold and don’t have to worry being out in the sun to go thru my stuff never had a problem I definitely recommend them thx extra space storage

Sarah was amazing on today! She updated me on all account issues and concerns. She got me into a bigger unit for less. She was very supportive in the transition between units. The best experience I have ever had with the company.
