When your belongings are inside this storage unit located on Mandy Lane please rest assured that your belongings will be completely safe and secured. Based on my experience, the staff at this location will go above and beyond for you. 100% recommend.

Shilo was just amazing. If it wasn’t for her suggestion we would have ended up with too small of a unit. Thank goodness she looked at our truck while we were talking and said umm I think you’ll need a bigger one. My sisters move to Fort Worth is already on the best of tracks!

Nice sized units well maintained and secure. We completed our rental completely online. Took maybe 15 minutes. We arrived after office hours, the gate code was emailed/texted and the unit was ready with lock waiting for us. I believe the manager’s name is Shiloh, I was very nice to talk to and There’s never too much in a hurry to say hello. All the neighbors we’ve met are great as well.

Very good customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable. I haven’t rented storage in 20 years and didn’t know what to expect but I was very happy with the ease, convenience and the fact that they have someone there to help you. Shilo was super helpful and friendly!

I dealt with Shilo.
I inquired about reserving a unit on their web site and was just looking for the best location for me. Shortly after my online reservation, I recieved a call from Shilo and got further info on the unit and the facility. Everything soumded good and I was able to get the unit rented over the phone and contracts signed over email. Was told my keys/lock were in the unit and ready to go.
The facility is new.or freshly renovated. They have multiple entrances/exits which is real nice. The facility is also well lit and clean. Really the only thing I wish were offered were a combination lock on the unit so i dont have to keep track of keys, and if the exits didn't require you to have to re enter your gate code to exit.

Great customer service. Joel was excellent from the time my husband walked in til the closing of contract and getting everything setup. Joel explained everything in detail.
