Ashley is an amazing, amazing, amazing optician. She knows the ins and outs of everything eyewear. I trust her skills, knowledge, and experience. On top of all that she has great judgment and cutting edge fashion sense/advice.

Wonderful experience. The doctor was so kind and knowledgeable. Lana helped me pick out glasses that I love. I highly recommend this place!

Like a fool, I went on a road trip and forgot both my glasses and my contacts! The great folk at Eye Pieces Plano worked with me to sort something out, quickly, warmly and cheaply. They really saved my trip as I could possibly have had to drive 3 hours home! (Note: my optometrist was closed and I didn't have my prescription.)

Also, the store itself is really, really nice inside!

Friendly staff, clean office, doctors that want to get to the root of your eye problems vs just prescribing medicine to treat the symptoms. Highly recommend.

All of the staff was exemplary, from the first nurse, to the Dr, to the associate helping me pick frames. It was the first time ever that an eye dr appt was enjoyable & efficient! Thanks ladies! Great work!

I've, been to two other optometrist and companies, from the moment I walk I feel cared for and welcomed the staff is always friendly attentive. They are very helpful and caring in helping you decide what frames and lenses to choose from. And the Optometrist do a great job in educating me and addressing my concerns. Which makes the experience much more comforting and trusting. It's also a plus that on the fantastic range of quality frames to choose from. I highly recommend.

Dr Rojas was absolutely awesome in dealing with my issue. The office people were friendly. My only complaint would be that the front desk for checking in is in the middle of the area where eye glass sales are occurring. When I went to check in, the sales person speaking with a customer was speaking very loudly which made it hard for me to hear the person checking me in, and the sales person seemed to speak more loudly while I was trying to speak with the person checking me in. This really should be separated as this isn't conducive to patient confidentiality.

I had an excellent experience at Eye Pieces in Plano. Scheduling an appointment was easy and communication with the office was excellent before my exam. They really have their process streamlined. I am also very happy with my eye exam with Dr. Gonzalez. He was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed. They also have a great selection of very high quality frames and the staff were very friendly and helpful while I was shopping for a new pair of frames. I’d recommend Eye Pieces if you’re looking for a great optometrist and excellent services!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. It's tough to get an 8 yr old to sit still while having her eyes examined but they managed it with patience and a bit of humor!

This office is absolutely amazing! The front staff is super sweet, Dr. Gonzales is informative and Ashley is hands down the best at what she does. My appointment was easy and smooth from beginning to end.

Amazing service. I landed in Dallas for vacation and realized I forgot to pack contact lenses. I did an optometry search near my friends house and found Eye Pieces. They were so kind to give me a couple pairs to hold me over for the weekend. If I lived in Dallas, I’d easily give my business to Eye Pieces.
