I have been going to Eye Pieces over 4 years. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming.

They also have a great designer selection. I highly recommend any of the doctors in the facility.

Wonderful people, from when you walk in, being greeted [by name] by Alyssa, to Cris, being such a doll with my mom, & lastly, Dr Gonzales, has the patience to explain to my mother, in her language (Spanish). Thank you all for making us feel like family.

I was experiencing eye problems and wanted to be seen right away. I called the office first thing in the morning. The receptionist said they were fully booked but she would talk to the doctor about my symptoms. When the receptionist returned to my call, she said they would squeeze me in that day. All of the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was so thankful. I appreciated their expertise and willingness to accommodate my situation.

Everyone is super nice! Chris and Alyssa made me feel right at home! Easy, enjoyable and fast experience.

Went for a typical eye exam for an updated prescription. When I went I was very clear that I did not want any additional services (such as retina scan) that would be charged outside of/not covered by my insurance. Denied retina scan for this reason as it was an extra $35 and I was only interested in paying the $10 copay for my yearly exam. The actual exam was fine and I had no issues. Receptionist checked me out afterwards and I paid the $10 copay for my exam and left. About an hour later, I received a call from the receptionist saying she "forgot" to let me know that the contact fitting wouldn't be included in my insurance and I now needed to pay an additional $95 over the phone. I found this to be deceptive given that I wasn't even told about it when I went and repeatedly said I did not want any additional services outside of my $10 copay. She told me even though it was THEIR mistake I still had to pay the $95 even though the service was performed without my permission or notifying me about the charge beforehand (again, they admitted it was their mistake and demanded payment anyways). I never would have gone if it was going to cost over $100, and I think it's extremely deceptive that these people are sucking money out of you an hour after you leave when everyone is struggling right now because of COVID. Will not be returning.

My wife and I have had our eyes checked with Dr. Nguyen for quite a few years now. She is a wonderful doctor - very fun and positive while providing a very professional eye exam service using modern high tech equipment. We are extremely pleased with our eye care and highly recommend her! In addition, Tom provides excellent service and helps us select the very best in eyewear, with a very good sense of style. I also want to mention the entire staff are excellent.

I've been coming here for all 8 years I've lived in Dallas and still love it. The staff is friendly and even though I usually only come once a year they remember me. I once had an 'eye emergency' and they were very flexible with squeezing me in and helpful with resolving it.

Dr. Nguyen is wonderful, as is the rest of the staff at Eye Pieces. I had a great experience picking out glasses with Tom. Awesome team!

Love this place! I’ve bought several glasses from Tom and loved every pair! Tom and everyone in the office are extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Nguyen is knowledgeable and fun. First time I ever enjoyed going to the eye doctor.:)

I’ve been coming to Eye Pieces for the last several years. I am always able to get an appointment at a convenient time for my schedule and the wait times once I am in the office are very reasonable. They take good care of me while I am there and explain all the procedures thoroughly.

I always enjoy my yearly check up with Eyepieces. I love Dr. Nguyen, as sweet as she can be. All of the staff Chris, Jill, Tom are awesome!

I love eye pieces! Never a long wait to see the doctor. Both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Gonzalez are absolutely wonderful, I’ve seen both. I take my daughter to get her eyes checked here too and both have been great with her for the past couple of years (she’s 9 now). They have a beautiful office in a great spot!

Service was friendly and efficient, and the appointment started right on time. Dr. Nguyen made sure that I left her office fully informed about eyes and my eye exam results.
