Was told that I could put 2-3k down on a Honda Accord but when I got there now they need 4-5k waste of time.

I came to your dealership hoping I could get a nice and reliable car, I was wrong … my daughter purchased a Honda accord and the transmission has already went out and she hasn’t even had the car in her possession a year yet. I am very upset my daughter is a college student and working and this was her only way of transportation to get from point a to point b. I understand the “as is” program but for a transmission to go out before 6 months is unbelievable, and the down payment that was put on the car was a good amount but not for the transmissions to blow out, I am one upset parent.you people are so wrong one upset parent and to think I met the owner if that was correct, he said he was the owner and he takes care of his customers with no problems. Well OWNER THAT IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE. One upset Parent and customer!

I must be honest, my experience with Mr Jay and Ms Gabby was exceptional and the car buying experience was smooth. Mr Jay was straight forward with me, a man of his word. He was very knowledgeable, kind and supportive. Overall he demonstrated to me that he was a great person and cool man to do business with.
Ms Gabby was professional, sweet and extremely patient with me in terms of customer service. I was happy with my purchase and the service I received.
With that being said, if you need a car ask Ms Gabby to speak with Mr Jay and you will be just fine.

DO NOT! EVERYTHING WAS FINE IN THE BEGINNING, BUT IF YOU ARE 1 DAY LATE THEY WILL TURN YOUR CAR OFF! MIRANDA IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE OWNER IS NICE IN PERSON BUT ALL IN ALL THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS, THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE WELL AT ALL, THEY WILL ONLY CALL TO COLLECT MONEY, AND MANAGERS NEVER RETURN PHONES CALLS REGARDING BUSINESS MATTERS. MY CAR WAS IN AN ACCIDENT AND THE AT FAULT PARTY HAD NO INSURANCE, THEY EXPECTED ME TO BE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO PAY MY CAR NOTE AS WELL AS THE MONEY TO GET MY CAR FIXED EVEN THOUGH I HAD INSURANCE THROUGH THEM ALL WITHIN ONE MONTH TIME FRAME, I ADVISED THEM SEVERAL TIMES OF MY FINANCIAL SITUATION AND OTHER BILLS THAT ALSO HAD TO BE PAID TO SEE IF THEY WOULD WORK WITH ME AND THEY DID NOT CARE, THEY ONLY WANTED MONEY! NOT TO MENTION I MADE A DOWN PAYMENT OF $4500 AND THEY STILL CLOSED MY ACCOUNT OUT BECAUSE I WASNT ABLE TO PAY EVERYTHING WITHIN 1 MONTH

I called to verify if this place had any vehicles for $1500 down right now before I come since they’re claiming all up and down the website they have cars starting at $800 down with NO CREDIT CHECK! The young lady that answered the phone informed me I would need atleast $2k to $3k down. Which is okay! But when I informed her about what I was reading on there site, her response was “ well I don’t have control over the website “ …. I couldn’t say nothing else but horrible customer service. I will not be coming here nor will I recommend another person.

Bought a BMW 3 series and had problems asap. Had to pay for my own tow ad then blets shredded and they wouldn't pay for it. They acted like they didn't know what to do.

This place is by far a rip off. They cars are trash! It’s easy to get a car but the car you get is no good. They are rude and not understanding.
