I would Absolutely Avoid at all cost doing business with this Company. Very poor customer Service. Vehicle was a Lemon, had me sign a Paper talking about frame Damage… I was assured it was rock chips, Standard Practice… that was a Lie. This Company is Shady… the temp Tags expired today, they told me my plates were not in yet. I had to wait till next week. The place they get their tags are closed… yet they printed them out at the location last time. I would Highly suggest spending your money some where else. Continued by your response, maybe you “The Owner” can Reach out Since I bought the vehicle in October and had to take it back which your Dealership had it for over a month. When I brought the vehicle in I was told its the “Tires” this is why the vehicle is unsafe to drive. That was incorrect. I was told by Gabby that your mechanic looked at it. Then was told oh we have to take it to a shop. I have asked to speak With you…. Or a Manager for over a month. And just talk to a receptionist who doesnt return calls. Then says oh I dont get voice mails we are bot set up for that. The treatment I have received from your business has been anything but satisfactory. I have asked for a call from a Manager. I have yet to receice one. Tell me how does this Show you Strive for customer Service? I haven’t seen it.

My sales agent was Haven and she was absolutely wonderful! She laid out everything quick and simple and to the point, complete transparency on the pricing, down payment, and monthly notes. Awesome service!

So I gotta a 2016 Chevys Impala from Auto Imports. The chick that helped me, Haven, was very helpful and knew what she was talkin about when she spoke of the vehicles I asked about. And what questiones she couldn’t answer, like mechanical, she asked the mechanics and got it answered for me. Haven, did the most to get me in n out w my vehicle. And not only that, but she worked her magic to get me a slight price drop. I had a few little problems w the car and Haven made sure to get it fixed on the house, cause Auto Imports obviously prides themselves with selling good cars and taking care of their customers anyway they can.
I recommend Auto Imports to anyone lookin for a vehicle. And when u go in…ask for HAVEN! She’s the one I can gaurantee satisfaction from!

Got my car with no credit check after 3 places ran my credit i was so upset until I called Haven & she got me in a 2019 Honda when nobody else could

So I just got my car here like 4 days ago all though the staff was really nice and and Haven was awesome! I’m having issues with my car already I was told to wait 30 mins and my car would be ready cause it’s getting a oil changed and clean out.got the car back oil light is on there was no oil in the car what so ever there is no windshield wipers, the headlights are out and the battery needs to be replaced. I would only recommend if this is your last option you have because the cars are sold as is.

Just so you know this is a real review! To many fake ones these days anyway EZ Keys is hands down the best place I ever bought a car. So far I've dealt with just about everybody there and they always take care of me, and believe me putting a guy like me in my absolute dream car (Mercedes-Benz by the way) they took a chance on me and I love those guys for it! They turned my car off because of one late payment just getting over Covid about 8 days late on payment. Can’t go to work now about to lose my job. Car had issues when I bout it AC, motor mount broke, fuel pump, traction control, won’t turn off, stability track, car jumping on highway spent about $2000 trying to fix issues. They don’t care!?

Haven was great help, honest, quick and efficient. Will definitely work with you and give you nothing but honesty!
