I had the BEST experience today the BEST customer service I've had in a long time. Robert, he works at the service desk helping me get my EZ tag and helped with all my questions he was so kind. I have had an EZ trash on my car since the week after I bought it, they haven't been charging my account correctly and have charged me with multiple violations and are not doing anything about it
Quick and efficient experience. I had a good visit and was treated very kindly by the associates.
My wife called and went INTO THE STORE to update my plate info from my paper tags to my regular plates. They have all of this in their system but didn't finish THEIR PART and have been charging everything to my temp plates for about 10 months. They say we may have a ton of fines because we didn't update my info. My wife asked and they said it shows that we came in to do just that but they can't tell if we did for certain. Confused yet? So was my wife. So basically they are saying we called and walked in, went to the counter to say hello and walked out. I also had a $6 ticket that she said "I don't know why, but you do". Every time I go to the store it is a headache. This stuff should not be difficult.
Their payment programs doesn't work correctly after updates, it completely stop automatic payments. By the time you realize the payments aren't coming out you are $300 in the hole. The toll road are under construction and now are always FULL OF TRAFFIC. I don't believe in getting anything for free but at least have a toll reduction instead of making us pay full price to help keep above your LTA planning and poor budget management!
Way too crowded for a government agency there is 55 people in line and three cashiers it should be faster than that there should not be a delay by that much, very disappointed
I can definitely give Julie 5 stars! She solved my problem (which I had caused) and I was in and out within 5 minutes, and she did it all with a great big smile on her face.
I'm a pretty impatient person but the last 3-4 trips I've make here in the past few years I've had very good experiences. The longest I've ever had to wait was 15mins. All the staff has been very helpful, polite and friendly. I'm not sure about the other locations but the place has worked out great for me.
I wish I could give it zero stars been on hold for 45 minutes. All I needed was a release form and it's been three weeks as where it only should take three days. This is ridiculous!
I went in on a Saturday and had to wait in line to get assistance because the self service kiosks are not open on the weekends. The line only took so long because some do the customers were being difficult or overly talkative, which is not the fault of the staff. Once I was helped, it was fast, easy, and painless. The lady who helped me was very friendly.
I arrived at 7: 30 and was #4 in line. Only two people working the counter, and it took 40 minutes for me to get finished. I really felt sorry for the last 15 people waiting! The staff that was there were friendly and helpful, just woefully over worked.
Literally stayed on hold for 36 minutes and 27 seconds when I finally decided to hang up. Worst business ever!
They don't try to help, they want the $$$ upfront and they know u can make payments, refuse to help. They only willing to help unless u confront them, never answer the phones
There are usually lines, but don't be afraid to use the self serve kiosk. The women working there who I spoke to were very friendly.
Your information sucks. It is very unclear when you actually incur a charge. I was adding up 13 different streets and plazas listed in between my start and stop point. I finally called your help desk who informed me I would be charged for where I got on, each Plaza I passed and the exit I took. You need to put clear language on your website about when you will be charged, where you will be charged ect. Better yet put a toll calculator on your website. Dallas, San Antonio and the state all have a toll calculator. Why don't you? PS update your website. Call center lady told me you have 6 ez tag stores. Your website shows 3. Basically you suck at providing useful information for the consumer. Go suck an egg.
