27I made an account a few months ago and they stopped charging me out of no where, now i owe 330 in fines.
HCTRA is basically the mob and you will be a victim of extortion if you use the EZTag. Get a TxTag.
Awesome service. Was there for lest than 5 mnts with more than 10 people in front of me. A sweet short girl help me out and show me to do everything online.
I just moved from Illinois to Houston and had to get an EZ Tag for both cars. I went in the store and there were probably 12 people in front of me. Because I was a first timer, I got to use a quick kiosk and sign up, then went to the front of a separate line and was out of there within 8 minutes. Very helpful and courteous employees.
Just now called EZ Tag in the East Area, customer service was great, she took the time to hear me out and answer my questions.
They had a lady out front that told you exactly what you needed before getting in line - that was nice. Only downside is it took a little long.
Best EZ Tag store in Houston. Staff member went above and beyond to help me get my EZ Tag. Much appreciated!
