Me and my wife decided to get a room here at the Fairmont. It was alright the only real complaint i have is that the walls a toooooo damn thin. Yesterday around 3am some people got the room next to us and were beyond loud. Almost seemed like if there was a party going on. But other then that the rooms are cool, and the bed is comfy enough. A little overpriced for what it is, but over all decent.

If your going to stay here be prepared to pay. $35 daily parking. You will pay for wifi. Service is ok I had trouble retrieving my car from the valet. Nothing I would expect to happen when I am payonb $35 to park. Overall the experience was ok. If you do not mind paying for everything from wifi to parking. Nothing was included in the room cost.

The people, the service, the accommodations were excellent. We stayed in the executive level and it was just anything that we wanted was there for us. We love the valet especially we always would call and our vehicle would be there immediately. We spend every anniversary here they always accommodate us by giving us the same room on the same floor and we just absolutely love it. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to enjoy a nice quiet respectable place to spend quality time with each other.

The decor and the hotel is nice, the young lady that at the front desk was nice and courteous, and the young guy at the concierge desk was a doll, but THATS IT! The entire staff was pretty snooty. I guess we looked as if we should hv been staying at the budget suites, we werent the "right type of blacks". The cabana guy didnt restock the towels instead gave them to everyone but us! The other hisapnic informed my sister the towels were for guest only! When my husband and i went to the bar we were NEVER acknowledged, let alone served, we went to 7-11 and purchased beer and wine. Maybe some other ppl like me might have a better experience, but hopefully they will "look" affluent and will get better service! Hotels and 5 star restaurants are our hobby we can scratch this one off our list as CONQUERED, AND NEVER RETURNING!

This place made my stay in Dallas, Texas absolutely memorable! This was my first trip to Dallas and my stay at the Fairmont made a great impression! I was greeted by valet personnel the minute I drove up the hotel. The gentleman opened my door and offered assistance with my luggage. The young man even went so far as to offer alternate parking that was literally a short walking distance away. The desk employees were just as helpful and checked me in what seemed to be record time! There was no fumbling around with my reservation and they treated me as though they not only expected me, but were happy to see me. Try getting that type of treatment at another hotel! The room was amazing. It came with a king sized bed and gloriously clean linens. Oh, and I had plenty of towels! It is a wonder how some places neglect the need for towels. I was also provided a work area with a desk, plenty of outlets, lamp, and a complimentary, super-fast internet connection. The room was clean and I had a great view of the city from the eleventh floor. I contacted the front desk only once during my stay and not only were they quick to answer, they were extremely helpful in finding the best places in the city to dine. If every business trip included a stay like this, I probably would stay on the road more frequently!
