The staff was very friendly and efficient. Danielle is amazing and I'm very thankful for her help during my visit!

The NP, Robyn was extremely professional, asked questions, listened to my concerns, addressed the symptoms and I was in and out in no time.
No unnecessary testing but available for sure if she thought it would be beneficial!

Went in there on Thanksgiving Day with our toddler and infant who we suspected had the flu because I had been diagnosed with it just 2 days before. They had just developed symptoms and fever that morning yet both tested positive for the flu right away so our Thanksgiving meal unexpectedly turned to Tamiflu and fluids. While it wasn’t our best holiday, we still found lots to be thankful for— the wonderful Nurse Practitioner and Nurses on staff at FastMed Lakeway! They got us in and out of there quick, were extremely professional and quick with testing and very kid-friendly. They let me toddler “scream if you need to” which was so refreshing to have such tolerable staff plus they went out of their way to make the experience a little better for the kiddos with some chocolate and candy canes on our way out. This was probably our 5th visit here over the years and each time the quality of service is consistent. Thank you for caring for our babies!
