Over the past three to four months the Schertz, TX FedEx Ground facility has let me down with every shipment.

I regularly ship equipment to one of my company's offices in the area. The office happens to be staffed 24/7, but packages are delayed almost every time with delivery exceptions, either "Customer not available or business closed" or "Local delivery restriction - delivery not attempted". My office is not in Schertz, but all the delay scans are. So it seems the packages may never be leaving the terminal.

In December, Customer Service blamed it on the holiday rush, but it's now February and this is still going on. I believe the only way I can improve things is by shipping via UPS or USPS and not using FedEx for this location anymore.

There are shipping terminals.and then there is this place. Very secure.be prepared to show ID at the armed gatehouse. Entry is secure. Great overall experience.

I ordered a 5ft arcade game worth $300 and they brought me someones 3ft christmas tree. They have no idea where my package is and were of no help. Never wanna use fedex again

The. Worst. I’ve had 4 undelivered meal boxes—leaving me scrambling to make dinners last minute, and only now am I finding out why. FedEx Smart post keeps messing up the delivery.

We live in new Braunfels Texas in a subdivision called town creek. For the last year I have had nothing but trouble getting packages delivered from FedEx. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The problem seems to be the Schertz distributing center but I can’t get anybody to call me back or even a phone no. I cannot believe a company can be so incompetent in delivering packages and not want to be more customer based. Amazon amazes me that my deliveries are always on time and never seem to get lost. Why can’t FedEx?

I applied & interviewed for a job with them. 1st they posted the wrong shifts but i wasnt informed of that until the day of the interview which i waited 2 & a half hours for because the person who scheduled them wasnt even there. Complete waste of my time, energy & gas!

Failed attempt to deliver-UM NO, I was home, had a note on my door to knock hard so I could hear it, That I was HOME and I have video evidence that shows no-one showed up on my doorstep to ATTEMPT to deliver. 2nd Day in a row and NO door tag saying sorry we missed you or anything! I called customer service, they are about as helpful as a fart in a windstorm. THANKS-I WANT MY PACKAGE!

Wasted a vacation day to wait for my package that requires a signature and Fedex said i wasnt home. They didn't even leave a note they tried nor a text as i signed up for them. Im fed ex just didnt have time to deliver my package. I hate Fed Ex

“Attempted delivery” this apparently is a common theme throughout these reviews. I waited home all day and then checked my email and apparently there was an “attempted delivery” 15 minutes prior. I was about 10 feet away from my door and own three dogs that go crazy when someone knocks or rings the bell. No delivery attempt note was left on my door either. LIARS. Now I’m having to chase my package around and pick it up myself.

Horrible place to work! No hours, the pay isnt worth the work, the shift times suck, managers dont care about your safety they just want you to hurry. The work is too much for even 2 people working together. Everyone is slow and lazy at their job. My checks are anywhere from $50 - $100 a week. That’s considered alot if you actually work there lol. DO NOT WORK HERE!

FedEx claimed that they made 2 attempts to deliver a package to my business during my business hours and package was never delivered. No note was left stating that package attempt was made on either of the days. It is not the weekend and I am going to be forced to keep a customer car over the weekend that was supposed to leave on Friday. Puts me in a very bad position with my customer. Customer support was no help to me on this matter.

Third time in a row getting the “customer not home or office closed, will be delivered next business day” and then the next day comes, and they “forgot to put it on the other delivery vehicle”. Not once have I ever had a package delivered on time from this hub.

If I could give no stars I would. Our entire experience with Fed Ex has been horrible starting with the driver all the way to customer service.

I waited all day for the driver to deliver my package and to my surprise I received an e-mail stating "Customer not available or business closed". Looks like the management team at this location are not doing their job!

They screw up alot and wish all shoppers would go through ups they always drop my package at the wrong address and cost me thousands just recently due to dropping my race cars tires at the wrong address 4919 laura lane instead of my address and the butt wipes lied and kept them freaking thief's and fedex screwed up

Having been in this facility, I'd say this place is a nightmare! And VERY DIFFICULT to get into. Was even more difficult while carrying my baby in her car seat. Made me hate FedEx even more.

Never again place has bad reputation n ure just a number that needs to meet a quota and gain compny $ zero stars if I could being there made it seemed like I joined the service manager in your face screaming like the world is gonna end if we dont get done lousy hours n pay dont know how I lasted months plus heavy load items treated safety like its optional pls save your time&energy look elsewhere horrible to say the best!

If I could give this location and FedEx in general a half a star or no star I would. This place lost my package haven't received it and they are making me wait until they conduct their investigation. Why do I have to wait 5-7 additional business days for them to investigate a case that per their tracking system is still in their Schertz location. Why am I the customer punished! The funny thing is that two items were shipped and I received one of them but not the other. They are also a pair of rims that are fairly big and heavy to get lost. This place is just the worst and so is their customer service. They kept transferring me to different departments without a solution. Please use DHL and UPS abstain from using FedEx I wonder if they are even going to pay my claim.
