32The worst place to work. I had many time waiting for an opportunity to make a career in Fedex. They make me feel very bad, different to others persons and as unlawfully when I have my EAD and all my papers good. Since start the orientation until the first day worked. All the time telling me "Is not sure the position for you, just because I am foreigner. " I am mexican" Its better say "we want only American Citizenships to be hired"
They are slow probably the worst I have seen. Can’t believe at the mercy of a few companies that deliver mail and absolutely are horrible at it no one there has any answers just the daaaaah sound. Wow no pride in work these days. I would honestly look at maybe finding another carrier for anything that you want in a timely manner to where you can actually track it and it’s righT. They act like they are busy when not all it is that the drivers are lazy and just want to get back and be home instead of finishing there delivery’s on the truck. Lazy lazy lazy lazy
Please avoid your package coming through FedEx at all costs. They will hold your package at one facility for a week and to call customer service is a thirty minute ordeal to actually speak with a real person.
Claims that I wasn't at the address where the package is supposed to go and I was outside the whole day working
Don’t bother leaving specific delivery instructions via the FedEx website if your package is routed through this location. They will be ignored. My package was left in plain sight on my front porch—might as well have put a sign in my yard telling porch pirates to come and get it.
They are totally useless and careless never deliver at right address and just drop packages at any doorstep, almost lost a delivery I recovered thanks to neighbors honesty
The package I ordered Nov. 30th arrived in my town Dec. 1st, 2017 and was enroute to delivery Dec. 2nd.
It's now Dec. 5th and after a full day of update requests and a phone call I still have no package. Status: "Out for Delivery. " 3 days of "Out for Delivery. "
Go UPS whenever possible. The ineptitude of FedEx rivals that of the USPS.
I work here and it's an okay job, it has great benefits for part-time work; but the hours fluctuate so often that you should have a second job to make ends meet.
This place is trash. Lost two of my packages. They said they retraced their steps and “were positive they left it at the correct location” They lied. The driver never came to my house, I was home all day waiting for it.
They said they attempted to deliver which is a lie. My package was supposed to be here a week ago!
Having to pick up packages can be a headache. Security is slow, similar to visiting a government facility.
They somehow screwed up the shipping address on the label and put my instructions for the driver on it instead. My package was marked as undeliverable despite numerous calls to get the issue resolved. As of right now I'm out $400 with nothing to show for it. Now I'm in the process of trying to get a refund because Fedex doesn't know how to do it's job.
