26Employee was a jerk! He talked down to me and was not helpful at all. I also watched a different employee treat another woman bad. DO NOT go here! Drive a few extra minutes to another location or perhaps go to a different company all together.
How do i start with this place, ive lost probably around $600 because of fedex, i shipped a phone to my mom in mexico a couple days ago with fedex and paid $95 for shipping, i thought the price was fine because fedex "was" a reliable company and i figured it would make it safe to its destination, i was wrong, it was held up at fedex in guadalajara because no brokerage was assigned to clear it from customs, fedex knew they are not permitted to act as a brokerage in mexico but the employees in this location sent it anyways without assigning one, after trying to figure out what to do with my package the employees decide to open up my package and send me the phone case back for some absolute absurd reason, they then proceed to hand it to a third party delivery service when i was told they would be delivering it, and the third party charges me 150 american dollars for import tax for a phone that is worth 300, and to make it all worse my mother just today recieved the phone and it will not power on and is leaking water like it was dunked in a CUP OF WATER, so after $250 in shipping and fees with a safe big name company they still somehow managed to destroy a $300 phone, so if your considering sending anything to your loved ones in mexico or any other foreign country i suggest you probably look for something more reliable than fedex, im just disappointed how badly everything is handled once your item leaves the country wish i could leave less then 1 star fedex is terrible
This Fedex is awesome and super helpful. They have a great staff and manager. We brought in over 300 packages to their facility over a 4 day span and they were fast, helpful, and all had great attitudes. I highly recommend this Fedex to anyone! Thank you Quita, Thomas, Cason, Daniel, and Jessica!
Said it would take over 15 minutes to do a work order and proceeded to tell me I was holding up the place.
Needed a presentation printed last minute after my printer ran out of ink, rolled in right before they closed, and the guys working knocked it quick with a great attitude! Definitely recommend

My experience does not even warrant one star. Gregory needs to find a new job because clearly he is not happy with his current one. He was the most rude person I have been in contact with in a very long time. His rude tone and words were bad enough without the eye rolling I got from him. I could not get out of there fast enough. He insisted I pay for packing material (which I refused) when clearly it didn't need any. I was returning a dog carrier (unbreakable) that fit snuggly in the box I brought and I provided packing paper and label.
Had an issue with my photo that I uploaded to the fedex website, but they got it fixed and still printed same day. Thanx!
This palce is so nice I came into get 50 missing cat posters and they guy said they were allowed to give out free prt posters I'm so touched about how sweet that is!
Staff was GREAT! The technology that they had to use and work with was having major problems. Had to switch stations cause one of the PCs locked up on them and what not. But otherwise very good service!
Be careful. This place will scam you. One of the computers there will scam your credit card and keep it. Then you will be charged a lot more/ you will receive an unexpected charge on your credit card later.
That's what happened to me this Sunday. Be wary of the 2 ladies working on Sunday. Light haired girl told me to use 2nd PC on the left. That PC is also to there to scam your credit card. I was charged extra $10 after $2.79 for 2 papers.
Today was my first time ever being in here to send my car title to my insurance. I was helped by a man named Cason who was very professional, fast, and friendly. I was literally in there less than 2 minutes and because of him, I will definitely be back for my shipping needs. Thank you so much Mr. Cason for your help and your concern about my wreck.
I use this location for most of my pick up and drop off needs. They are friendly, professional, and know their business well.
FedEx’s website states they offer Fedex smartpost to ship to PO Boxes so hopped over to a FedEx office and ship center. Was talked down to in a very condescending way and they wouldn’t help me ship to a P. O.box. Rudely said I need to go online for this service. Will not be back here again. If you’re shipping to PO Box don’t bother going here.waste of time.
This is a really nice store but if you get a clerk named Casun waiting on you ask for someone else. He is rude and asks intrusive questions trying to get into your business. After about 10 visits to this location I've had it with this jerk and will be going somewhere else.
I've never had to ship a package before but I had a very easy and helpful experience! So grateful they were open on a Sunday, it was a real life saver
No one there to answer the phone.
I was told that customers in the store get helped and the phone does not get answered. I called 3 times and the phone rang and rang and then hung up on me. How is this a actual business model in 2016.
I was in a pinch and needed business cards printed up within a 2 hour timeframe. Tommy and Eifwa took care of the matter within the hour. I cant express how thankful I am. Thery are Awesome!
LAME. I use FedEx/Kinkos all the time, all over the country. This was the first one to refuse same day delivery, yeah I know it might not be the "standard process" but if every other location can get it done, why not y'all? Call the Camp Bowie Store, they get business done.
Worst customer experience I have ever received. Went to make a scan (for private use) of a property site map and they made me feel as if I was a criminal. If you can go somewhere else, do so. Not worth the harassment! What a copier hag! I'm sure this will be the best she goes on the FedEX ladder.
