People are always courteous and helpful. They have an outside delivery drop off and pickup locker.

For the most part they have done me well. I use them for marketing materials. My last project, It could have been better, not bad enough to make em re-do it, just bad enough to make you say really. You have eyes, can't you see your printer added a boarder. Trim that before you laminate. (they did the day before).

Clean store, available machines, simple process to pay for self service. Needed to print on the go for work and this location came in handy. I can't rate customer service because i used the self service.

Just stood in the store for 30 minutes with a machine that's clearly not working. 5 people behind the desk. It's obvious there's something not going right since I'm still standing there with nothing printing. Walked right out of the store without so much as an acknowledgement. Will be finding somewhere else to make copies.

Rude! Horrible customer service! I visited this location to use the fax machine and to get some copies. There were two employees there and they didn't say not 1 word to me while I was in the store for almost 20 minutes. They didn't greet me or offer any kind of service.

I've been here before about 6 months to a year ago and had great service. I walked in today to get 4 copies of a 10 page PowerPoint printed out and bound. I had a meeting where the projector was not working. I was the only person in the store. She told me she could do the bind but printing would take an hour. I'm not sure how you bind something that isn't printed. I assume she meant her printer was being occupied. I didn't need any high end printing or crazy paper. It seemed odd that there wasn't one printer that could print 40 pages in color in less than an hour. I went to the FedEx print office 5 mins down the road. They had a small line of people, but they had my job done in under 10 mins.
