Took my son to purchase his first car, he was so excited to finally get his car after saving his $$ for so long, the salesman was rude, from the beginning. I let my son deal with him since it would be his car, his experience. He had plenty of money for down payment and was willing to sign a contract for a car on the spot. Dealing with this gentleman was a nightmare. He didn't even allow my son to change the car to eco mode or explore any other options on the car during the test drive.
Back at the dealership he bluntly tells him, we won't give you any sort of incentives, discounts or warranties, if anything price will soar because you are a 1st time buyer. We don't work with you on that here. I mean, great business, who says stuff like that when you're trying to make a sell, guess he wasn't! Went to carmax after that, and he bought a car, on the spot.
I didn't appreciate how treated us, 1st time buyer means a repeat customer for years to come sir, had you taken care of him. Extremely disappointed in the service.

Went in on a Saturday morning to check out the Honda CR-V. The salesman, Josh, was incredibly rude and dismissive. He rolled his eyes and sighed when I asked to test drive the car. When I was leaving he talked about me to the other guys at the front of the dealership so loudly that I could hear him from my car. All around a terrible experience. He seemed completely uninterested in selling cars and even less interested in being a polite human being. The car I wanted was on the lot, but I could not buy it from this dealership because I wouldn't have wanted to deal with Josh for another second. Disgraceful.

I needed an extra key to open my car and they had it in stock. The Rep was very courteous, polite and attentive. E even though he was very busy with the phone calls he still managed to get me in and out quickly.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the Fiesta Honda Service Department. The staff has always been kind and courteous.

If you must wait for repairs, the snacks and refreshments are a nice treat while you wait. Otherwise, you can opt for a courtesy ride to and from your home or business so you don’t have to miss out on your day.

Paul Furtado is your hook up in the service department. From start to finish he was professional, easy going, and most of all I learned some Hawaiian from him. I found out my name translates to "Kawika". Pretty cool. Anyways, I highly recommend you mention his name when you stop by. You wont be disappointed.

Called for airbag recall service on what is supposed to be a major safety concern, the Honda website says the dealer will provide a loaner or rental car for this service, all they would offer is a shuttle.

Great customer service and extremely courteous sales person. I got my car from Mr. Steven Casias at Fiesta Honda and he made it very easy and pleasant experience for me. Buying a car is almost always a hassle but Steven made sure that its turned into a hassle free, easy and satisfactory experience for me.

Worst experience yet! Second time not getting everything I requested and paid for done. Manager wasn’t any help and quite honestly didn’t even seem to care. I love Honda but this has put the worst taste in my mouth and sadly won’t be going back.

Well, my husband and I are sitting here at Fiesta Honda (San Pedro) grinning ear to ear because we just had the most wonderful car BUYING experience with Eric. As first time buyers (we haven’t purchased vehicles without our parents’ help since high school), it’s easy to admit that we were absolutely intimated by the process—BEFORE coming here. From the get go, Eric greeted us with waters, sat us down (mind you, I’m 6 months pregnant) in the cold A/C, and LISTENED to what we were looking for in a “new growing family” vehicle. He actually cared about our budget, our likes/dislikes, and us. We couldn’t be happier with how our experience went: from stepping into the lot, walking through the doors, meeting Eric, test-driving our NOW beautiful car! I mean seriously? Couldn’t have been easier. The waiting area is nice and comfortable as well. The entire staff was friendly! While I waited for my husband to finalize paperwork with Eric, a nice team member offered me a drink while I waited. Thanks a ton, Eric @ Fiesta Honda! You helped make this soon to be mama (and dad) VERY happy! Willie also really set us at ease with the warranty plan and covering every aspect of what we were signing. Everything was explained to us with patience and simplicity. We really enjoyed our experience overall and highly recommend, especially to new shoppers/buyers like us. Thanks again, guys!

Previously brought a vehicle from here and actually had it totaled. Came back to get paperwork for the gap to pay the rest of the car off and also erick s.got me into a car the same day. Was relieved of stress and thankful for getting another car ASAP.

Took my Honda Pilot for an oil change today 8/22/2018. I call in advance to schedule this.they told me that it was only take 45 min.it took then 2 hours and 15 min.then they wanted to charger me $54 when my vehicle is under the maintenance warranty, I told the lady that was taking care of my bill, I disagree with what you are charging me but I will pay it anyway cause I was tired of waiting and I was hungry and just wanted to get home.the lady made a phone call Mr James.and she said that I did not owe anything, so she told me go to James and he will help you bring up your vehicle. My respond to her was mam. I've never been here in my life where in the world is James she looked at me like if I was just purposely giving her a hard time.but I was being honest. I did NOT know where anything was. I never found Mr James.but I did find my vehicle. I don't wish to get anybody in trouble I just think that that a little more consideration for customers would go a long way.

Prompt and friendly greeting by staff each time I come in. Clear explanation of service provided, with opportunity to ask any questions. Clean and pleasant waiting room with beverages and snacks.

Wife takes her vehicle in for an oil change. Three days and $10,000 later she drives away. Gets home and the check engine light comes on. They forgot to change the oil. We get that remedied. Drive to Florida. Vehicle isn't right. Parts missing and broken. Rack and pinion not secured. Brake plates bent. Get this fixed.

Called to discuss. Leave messages on three different lines. Three hours later no return call. I called back and "accidentally" got a manager.

A few more trips and the car died on the interstate in Houston. It takes $500 to have it towed back to Fiesta. Tried calling and leaving a message - VM is full. Phone lines down. Greatly dissatisfied. Very disappointed.
