24Mr. Sanders was super friendly and detail-oriented. I visited Fiesta Honda due to a recall, and the service was prompt and there was never any push to up-sell. Very respectful group of people.
I waited almost 1.5 hours for a simple engine Oil change, even though I scheduled an online appointment.
Everyone was friendly. The dealership was clean and organized. Customers had access to good amenities! Dennis helped me out, he was reliable and helpful. I was able to get a good deal on the perfect car for me.
The salesman at Fiesta Honda, Oscar Guerrero, did a great job with our purchase of a new Honda Civic EX-T—he provided information & worked with us to reach a deal that no other local Honda dealer was able to attain. SEPARATELY, the Finance guy, Willie Vanta, was the opposite. He rushed thru the process & tried multiple times (Unethically, in my humble opinion) to have us sign paperwork with inclusions we did Not agree to? !? ! Two primary items, being an Extended Warranty AND Gap Insurance, are what he flew thru in a total of approx 1 second (literally!) that I had to stop him on and have him repeat and actually discuss/review, but he repeatedly kept trying to advance his computer screens & the paperwork we were signing UNTIL I practically forced him to remove both those items from our deal, which he begrudgingly FINALLY did after a lot of hard work on my part to remove those things that were NEVER discussed with us (nor agreed to by us at all) prior to that point.
