Disappointed about the service received. I have been to this place server all times and quality of the service go down every time.

Great service. Lady called to confirm appt and pick up ready call. Most importantly was in and out for alignment in less than hour. Other Firestone always took 2+ hours and appt was difficult to obtain. This is great location

The wonderful woman behind the counter, absolutely the best customer service. However, I rated 3 because, to change one bulb (brake light) 70.00 on a 4runner. That's absolutely too much, sorry. I will not be back ever and I will find another shop to complete my light service.

This Firestone is always polite and professional! I drive 30 minutes one way, just so I can deal with them specifically.

Great service. You can't be the cheapest and the best. The mechanic work here is the best. You pay for what you get. Also Not tyrannical with a mask mandate.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IF I COULD I WOULD RATE 0 STARS! I showed up at 6: 36 with a blowout and no one to assist me or answer the phone. WHY WOULD THE COMPANY HAVE YOU ALL CLOSE AT 7 but is closed 30 mins prior need to do better! Who wants to deal with frustrations of a car just to get somewhere and get no service!

Courteous and super fast (car inspection), but staff who wait on customers should definitely be wearing masks to protect the public. When I asked about this, the reply was he wears them sometimes, but they are hot and a hassle.

The Firestone employees are not wearing a mask while talking to customers during the pandemic spread. I was there in Mid June and was not happy about it. Doesn’t look like they are serious on curbing COVID-19

Great service and expert technicians. My only improvement would be that they offer recommendations on additional repairs before I come to pick up my car and not once I get there after having the car all day and it's too late to fix. Otherwise I highly recommend.

Friendly staff but the facilities could use a face lift and no free water bottles like Discount Tires. WiFi is a bit slow.

This place is awful. Made an appointment to patch a tire. Waited an hour for anyone to even look it. Customer service is awful. No one cares. Then they tried to upsell me like they did every customer for things that weren't broke. Please stay away. Check Yelp for reviews. I am not alone!

They literally paid full retail price at Auto Zone for my part, (31.99), then more than tripled the full retail price to $98.99 before they even added all the labor and the xtra “shop materials”.

Very rude staff, put me on hold for long time and never answer back to get the appointment. Went to the store got two new tires on 28th June 2018 and same day they done the courtesy check on battery, gave me a printout that the battery is in good condition and perfect, after that day battery went dead. My question is what they done with the battery.

Their customer service is exceptional. The quality of work is upscale. I observed teamwork in action. Greeted with a smile. Very busy location.

Scheduled appt for alignment on BMW. Brought the car in & was told shop does not do alignment for BMW & Mercedes. (1) What kind of auto shop does NOT do alignment on old BMW? (2) If it does not do alignment on BMW, then call to inform customer about it, so that customers did not have to waste their time, the appointment specifically stated car's Made/Model/Year.

Firestone is awesome! I had a nail in a back tire (needed a new tire- it definitely could not be patched) and needed a new tire for the other side. Firestone got me in and out within an hour. The waiting area is peaceful, comfortable and quiet. They also have free wifi!

When the person answered the phone he was not professional. I was told it would take 45 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. I waited two hours and as I looked into the car bay I could see many time my truck had no one working on it. I finally got up and asked someone what was taking to long so they got another person to tighten my wheels up because I was in a hurry. The person walked past my truck and starting working on another car. Very unprofessional and needs more leadership instead of a bunch of guys standing around scratching their heads waiting for a real leader.

They wanted to charge me around $55 for a $9.50 bolt and around $45 for the labor to put it in although this is a part of the alignment service
