24MY FIRST TIME WAS OK UNTIL I WAS ON THE ROAD. WHEN I RETURNED MY CAR AND YOU ALL. REPAIR IT THE BEST AND CREATES IT HAS NEVER DROVE THANK YOU GUYS, YOU OUT DID YOURSELF THIS TIME, BUT IN THE PAST FEW YEARS YOU ALWAYS DID A GREAT JOB.
I scheduled an appointment for a balance and possible alignment on 3/29/2018 at 11: 00AM. The car did not pull into the garage until 11: 30AM. I proceeded to wait until 12: 30PM to be told that it will take another 30 minutes. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if all the vehicles that came before me are finished ahead of me? It is now 12: 51PM and the right driver side tire was just removed.
Reliable, sometimes have questionable "extra" recommendations but they aren't pushy about it. Only problem is the wait times can be bad, even on a weekday and it's not always communicated well. Pricing, especially with a coupon, isn't terrible.
Spent 4 hours for an oil change and new tire after being told 45 minutes. Lazy or incompetent doesn’t matter. Drive 5 more minutes to a better service.
