I went in for alignment. They did a great job I was in and out of there faster than I expected. I was actually faster than they expected.

Like a previous reviewer, I too was told (by the manager!) that I needed to replace a flat tire because it was unrepairable. After having the tire replaced, I found out from another tire shop that my original tire actually was repairable. I went back to Firestone and two employees (not the manager, mind you) told me I had been sold a tire unnecessarily. Stay away from this place! The manager didn’t take a proper look at my tire before telling me it needed to be replaced. He wasted a lot of my time by cutting corners and trying to make a sale. I won’t be returning!

I just called in about an oil change the guy was rude and hung up in my face like I wanted to know how much was the oil change and he had an attitude! I will not be going back at all!

Primewell tires are the house brand tires. You have to ask for the brand by name. 50000 mile tire. Last set I had on lasted 4 years. Check your alignment.

I’ve had issues with this place. Once I was buying tires for my vehicle and after 20 minutes I was given a different higher price due to them offering me the wrong tire size, secondly I had a nail in my tire and I was told it was in a non repairable zone then only to be told to buy another tire so i took it to a different business to be told I had two nails and the tire was never punctured. Lastly I scheduled an oil change for 7 am right as they open and noticing after 25 minutes my car was still parked in front not being serviced I ask the front desk what the issue was and he kept repeating we only have one technician available and he’s busy, I then ask him for my keys back because I had to go to work which he asked how long I had and I said 45 min then he promptly gave me my keys which indicated that it would take at least another hour for a simple oil change? I don’t understand how this place is operational but I’ve decided to stick to my dealership for oil changes or simple maintenance.

I went in for a coolant flush to correct heating issues. I was promptly attended to in a courteous manner and found the staff well informed. A reasonable fee was proposed and I was out in an hour and half. I now have first class heat in my auto. I highly recommend this business.

Had my inspection scheduled 1 hour before and was done in less than 20 minutes great place, mind the time of day when getting things done

I'm extremely satisfied with the Auto-Care, Adam and the team at Firestone on North West Hwy awesome. I will recommend them. They did a great job in taking care of my vehicle.

We have been to this location 3 times now since moving into the area a year ago. Each visit has had solidly excellent service. They have told us what to expect with time, and depending on their schedule, it has been immediate or many hours, but they were upfront and honest about it.

We will be back.

On 11/22/19 7: 30 am - I visit this shop for my rental car Alamo had low tire pressure.
Staff at this shop took care all and checked cause of low tire pressure. Not only they took care of issues and paper works with Alamo but also value me as a VIP and my precious traveler time. I feel relieved and very much appreciated their excellent service. As a traveler, this shop makes me homey and trust, I can resume my travel and the Alamo car and cruising Dallas city. So pleased Alamo rental has business with Firestone to give customer a piece of mind while traveling.

Highly recommend this shop and their staff.

Stopped in to check my car's low tire pressure, which apparently the fluctuating temperatures can cause, and was treated SO nicely and amazingly at no charge, even though I asked them to remove one tire to check a little further! I learned that all the technicians are ACE certified. I had been going to a small no name shop thinking I might get better service and perhaps better pricing, but realize now it's just not true. Love that honesty is mission one at Firestone - that's stated on the wall in the waiting area. I'll be back!

Waited 20 mins while the guy at the front assisted a customer and then answered the phone. After 20 mins I ask him if I can get an oil change and he said not today.it’s too late for them. I walked in at 6.

Blowout Tire. To a Raving Fan of FIRESTONE. This is due to the PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by Service Advisor: HAROLD whose Happiness to Strive and meet Customer Expectations delivered by Harols all while keeping me informed.

Its noticeable why management has Harold up front he was able to reassure me that Firestone would take care of my Auto and get me back on the road. Harold kept me informe, continued focus not just on my auto, even everyone elses and Harold even made me laugh. Extremely hard to accomplish after a tire blowout.

AMAZED: prior to tow truck taking me to the FIRESTONE at 6615 E Northwest Hghwy, Harold with his upbeat personality on the phone was so nice and portrayed the confidence all while looking for a tire at Firestone for my Mazda Miata.

Harold was quick, efficient and focused on my needs for my Miata, it allowed me to decompress a bit prior to arriving. When I arrives he quickly gave me a printed out estimate as i arrived at the workstation. OUT OF THIS WORLD CUSTOMER SERVICE Thanks HAROLD!

The FANTASTIC Technician Bethel who was geared at getting me back on the road safely did an amazing quick turnaround and did exactly what Harold set my expectations at. Mr Bethel Thank You for working on my Miata.

Fantastic service, great price and overall such a great experience for someone who doesn't have all the knowledge when it comes to cars. They weren't pushy and didnt overcharge like other places I went to. Would recommend 10/10!

On September 5,2019 I brought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to the Firestone location at 6615 E NW Hwy, Dallas, TX 75231. I brought it in because it was showing the same symptoms as it was doing on May 21,2019. This is less than 4 months apart. Each time before bringing in I would run a diagnostic test and the first time in May it was showing a misfire in cylinder #2. I took it in and they said I needed a new spark plug. I had them replace all 6 spark as my vehicle is a 6 cylinder. I went 134,326 miles on the original spark plugs. I wanted the same OEM spark plugs but of course they try to up sell me but still decided to stick with factory standards, I’ll come back to this. The cost for this $558.32. A cost I was perfectly fine spending. On September 5,2019 I dropped my vehicle off to learn that it is a misfire in cylinder #6. I had driven approx 20,000 miles in that time span. They said all spark plugs had gone bad and needed to be replaced. I’m not a professional mechanic but I know spark plugs shouldn’t go out after 20,000 miles. This is when the shop decided it did not want to accept responsibility for anything. I was told I put racing fuel in my vehicle.since when do people put racing fuel in a daily commuter vehicle.first excuse. Then they told me I should’ve purchased the upgraded spark plugs.last time I checked the originals went over 130K before going out.second excuse. Then they brought up the one year 12K mile warranty for their service. I get it and I understand about a warranty but also understand spark plugs don’t go out after 20K miles. So they are wanting me to cover the note and it’s actually over $620 this time for the exact same thing. This shows they do not stand behind their work and have horrible service. The only customer service here is when you are giving them money. I had been coming to this location for any of my car needs since moving to Dallas. I’ve also recommended friends and also brought my girlfriend when she needed a complete brake job done. I was needing other work but I’ll be finding another shop for my car needs while also steering others away from here.

Horrendously long wait, both times I've visited. In May I purchased four new tires and I was there for a little over two hours, despite the fact there were only two other people ahead of me. Today, I am back because I picked up a nail in my tire and it is under warranty. Just one simple tire needs replaced and it's been an hour and forty five minutes SO FAR. It was an hour ago when they pulled the tire and told me it had to be replaced. I figured it would take about 15 mins or so, but it's been an hour already. Same as last time, there were only two cars ahead of me. I don't know what the issue is here, I count at least six employees (compared to the three customers currently waiting), yet only two seem to be working on cars.
I've never used Firestone before I purchased my new tires in May. I can tell you I will never use them again. Screw the warranty, I'll pay for a new tire before sitting here for two hours again. Ridiculous.

Great store, nice people, great customer care. I normally use Firestone for all my care care needs, I have for years. With Firestone you have to try different stores and fine the one that fits you.

The guys were great. Ordered the tires I needed and they were delivered the same day, installed the next. Explained all tech details thoroughly. Showed me why I needed the alignment with the new tires. Will return.
