I had my tire, fillers, oil and a headlight fixed and it did not take that long as i waiting in the store.

I would highly recommend you come here for all your service needs! I am always confident when taking my vehicle here knowing that they will fix my car correctly and not overcharge for unnecessary items/services. Freddy is the BEST, very knowledgeable and honest. I have never had a bad experience here. Go see them and you won’t be disappointed!

Those guys take care of me Every time I need to go in there! It’s the only place I go to when I have any sort of tire issue, or even need an inspection! Highly recommended!

manager or someone about my visit yesterday. Showroom was filthy and desk guy didn't care when I brought it to his attention.

Went here yesterday made a appointment to fit my schedule at 5 they called me at 220 telling me to come on in I did not end up leaving till after 6, and to put the icing on the cake. We asked for basic oil change and texas inspection and was charged 122! This is ridiculous this was our very first and last time here. I wish Bolton's was still here

Firestone location on 50th and Indiana the worst experience. The lady Stacy that answers the phone is rude and not whiling to help in anyway, she apparently Gets paid to argue with the customer. All the car went in for us to fix a flat. My daughter drop her car off at 7 in the morning it was 2 and they didn’t have it ready.

I took my truck to get the thermostat housing gasket replaced and they gave me a bill for $1600 say they needed to replace all kinds of nonsense including manifold gaskets intake gaskets plus more, this is an abuse they should be ashamed of themselves. So i went to buy the gaskets i needed including the thermostat& gaskets i payed $90 and it only took me 2hrs to replace they act like we the customers need them when in reality without us (customers) there is no them.
I could not post my review unless i gave them at least 1 star but they dont deserve it

Staff are friendly and very helpful! The manager, Freddy, was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help us and our daughter. We aren’t from Lubbock, we are from New Mexico. We met our daughter (who is in the Air Force in San Antonio) half way to visit for a few days. She had some car problems and this location was more than willing to help out! So appreciated!

Bought a set of tires there, one blew out less than 1000 miles later and they refuse to warranty their faulty product. Then to add insult to injury I speak to another store and they tell me that she knowingly sold me a discontinued tire and that there are no replacements available so if I want to have a matching set of tires I have to buy another complete set of tires.

This was my first time to use this location and couldn't be more impressed. My alignment was the best I've ever had and my 20 year old car drives like it did when it was new.

Employee are well behaved. They made me feel welcome. However, they can not maintain time properly. My appointment was at 8 am. But they started after 10 am.

Wastsed 3 hrs to get oil change.also they tried to sell me new tires when i only havd 10k on the tire the worst service. Totally lazy staff

Worst experience ever, spoke to the lady on the phone asked her if she had a a line or backed up that was at 5 p.m. On a Saturday, I only had a nail in my front tire. I arrive there at 5: 15 says that she couldn't see cuz they close at 6. She could have told me on the phone. That they close before 6 p.m. There was people technicians just standing around she said that they're already clocked out and there's another one just a stolen the battery and said but it's not even 6 p.m. And she could not see me. Firestone should actually advertise that on the door it says they close at 6 p.m. On Saturdays but they actually stop seeing people before then.

Waited 2 hours for a flat repair on a tire that I brought in after watching techs walk around. They picked my tire up then never touched it for another hour. The lady behind the desk said they were mounting it now when they were really just starting to take the tire off the rim. Horrible experience rather deal with Walmart

Had a service done at Mill Creek, Washington Firestone for the AC issue. Then when it broke again for unknown reason and was told that it has a warranty. So I schedule an appointment and call to inform them about the service that's under warranty. The man straight up said it was not under warranty and they did nothing to my car. Also name the price for 1,500 dollars to get the AC fix without the diagnostic which I will not pay for it because it was the same issue back up in Washington. They're clearly dumb people and just want your money.

We had an appointment scheduled at 11: 30 to have two new tires and a tire pressure sensor done. It has been 2 hours since we dropped the car off and it still isn't pulled in. I asked why and they said it's because they had two appointments scheduled earlier that would only take about 30 minutes to complete. Instead, they ended up taking 2 and a half because they recommended something else and instead of saying, "We are took booked today to do it. Can we schedule you an appointment for a later date? ", they said, "Sure thing! " They are even having to flat out cancel appointments for later today because they are that far behind.

You made a commitment to us and several other people which you have now broken because of two people. That's not good customer service. I will be asking for a discount or when the general manager will be in if I don't get one. It is ridiculous that I am leaving a two star review before the car has even been seen yet.

Update: 4.5 hours later we got the car back. I ended up filing a corporate complaint and told them what we were requesting as compensation. When we picked up the car, it was clear someone (I believe the area manager) had already contacted the store because the lady at the counter was not happy to see us. What we had requested (free labor and 25% off the parts) had already been given as well. However, the lady, Stacey, made it clear that she thought that we had no right or reason to have gone to the lengths we did. If it hadn't been for that, this review would have been bumped up to 3 stars. And the only reason we went to those lengths is because the other 2 stores in the area were just as backed up. And from what information I was given, it was partially a voluntary backup because of the reason mentioned above.

I'm a manager myself. If I had been in this situation, I would have never let it get to the point of me thinking about calling the corporate office. I would also expect my employees to get me involved instantly. To my knowledge, there was not a manager onsite. I have actually been able to talk someone down from calling my corporate office to complain because I offered them reasonable compensation and took the necessary actions. I am unsure if the area manager will still call me personally since a resolution has already been met. But I will update this review again if he does.
