Firestone Complete Auto Care reviews
25Terrible service the technician spent more time on his phone than he did working on the tire he had to replace. Took an hour just to patch it
Great staff, great prices, and they follow through with the warranty with no hassle. They have replaced 3 tires in 2 months because of screws piercing them. Love that.
Sorriest service from the front desk they don't stand bye their warranty's that we pay she just asked and don't even consider the situation just to avoid the customer what the warranty covers and have to replace the damage tire all she cares is not satisfing the customer but satisfing the store I wouldn't recommend fire stone for warranty service!
I've been a loyal firestone member since I have had my first car. I've always taken my vehicle to firestone for any maintenance needed. I used to live in Central Texas and recently moved out here for College. I took my truck in to Firestone get an oil change and to replace a tire. After receiving my truck back after 8 hours. I got home and realized that grease and oil all over it. Several hood components were broken to the point where I couldn't open my hood, I was missing all of my valve covers for my tires, and the stem for the tire didn't match any of my other tires. After speaking to the lady the next day about it, I was told there wasn't a manager there for the next few days. The stem for the tire was the same one that all firestones use.
I ended up having to replace several hood components and other parts missing off my vehicle and spent about $120 to do so. After this experience, I made a 300 mile trip home to get my vehicle taken care of by auto mechanics who truly care for you vehicle.
I would not recommend this location to not a single person. I love Firestone, but hate this store. They have zero respect for your car and college students.
