Great place to get a vehicle or motorcycle inspection. The guys are knowledgeable and have never tried to sell me something that my car doesn't need.

This place is awesome! They helped me out in a pinch when I was stranded without a way home. These guys work hard and definitely deserve the 5 star review!

Steve and Rick have been very professional and more importantly upfront and honest about my auto needs. They have not tried to oversell my cars needs and actually have spent time finding me ways to save on the repair work.

The man at the front was super kind, and the oil change was done before the time they estimated for me. Super friendly and great service!

Came in last night around 6pm with a flat tire that was a result of a patch job that didn’t last. Rick was the one who helped me with everything and I really appreciated his time and patience with me. He was able to look at the tire and replaced it with a brand new one for free. He was super helpful and a pleasure to chat with. With everything going on in today’s world it’s nice to genuinely talk to someone so nice. Thank you again Rick for everything and for your service!

Got my battery replaced! They were nice and transparent and completed the work in a timely manner.

This is not the first but sure will the last one for me. I called and made and appointment for 1pm to do the oil change and tire rotation. I showed up 5min early and the sale represent told me it will be about 1 and Half hour to 2hl hours. He ask if I was waiting or dropping it off. I said I am waiting. After about 1hour and 55 I went to the counter and asked if the car is done with services. They said your next to pull in and will take another 35 to 45 min.
I was very upset because one I made an appointment and waited almost 2 and 45 to do just an oil change and tire rotation. When I made an appointment. Why is that always take that long to do this small of a work for this long. I am not going to Firestone anymore from today. I am done with the way they treat you with discrimination for the services. I see others walk in and walk out after I came and I waited this long for just and oil change. Not faer.

I had an appointment for safety test. They said it will take couple of hours! Because they seem to accept everyone, no actual queue exists. I called uber to go home and once uber came, they took my car in. I asked again, it will be fast now they said. 0 organization, 0 respect to appointments, 0 planning, 0 time estimates. Worst experience ever

Additionally i asked to check 12v battery, but as car is electric, they seem to be confused to high voltage battery and can’t even test that.

Quick and excellent customer service. I stopped in shortly after 7am to have a complete vehicle inspection and was done before 7: 45am. Very comfortable and clean waiting area.

I went here for wheel balance and alignment. They told me that I need to have the rear brake replaced. I told them I dont have time, so just do the wheel ballance and alignment. When checking out, I forgot to look at the alignment sheet. I went home and realized they didn't do anything to it. I called them and asked why my camber and toe are still out of OEM specs. The guy said camber and toe on my car is not adjustable and I told them that I didn't have time. Dont come to this place.

Too crowded. Always take more than 3 hours from estimated time. Not going to firestone anymore. This place is for people who has nothing to do whole day.

Load you with unnecessary service.got hassle around for vehicle re-inspection. They ask me to come for re-inspection than said cannot do since machine is broken.wasted time

Had tire throwing a tread on a company owned truck. No tire tools in truck. I was coming home late from downtown Dallas. Got to the Firestone store on Preston Road in Frisco, Texas at 6: 52 PM. They close at 7: 00 PM. The man at the front desk changed my tire by 7: 15 PM. Great service. I will be back. Thank you.

Went in to get 2 new tires and a tune up, left with a bad catalyst converter and a car that hasn't run since.

Drove me out to my car because i had no idea what i was talking about or driving.drove me back to the store, then drove me back to the truck, installed the part for me.this place is amazing.

Excellent work and great service. The staff is very friendly. Honest people. They don’t hold onto your car for long period. Quick service. Nice waiting area during your car service.

The staff at this location, specifically Andrew and Buddy, exceeded my expectations with both the quality of the repairs and personal service provided to me while I waited for my car in the lobby. I'm not super close to this location, but I will drive across town to do business with the staff at this location.
