I had an awesome experience here. I was struggling with soft contacts for 2 years (switched from RGP) and the optometrist immediately saw why I was having so much trouble and switched me to a different brand and something better suited for my astigmatism. I felt the difference immediately. Office is super clean and the appointment ran smoothly and very thoroughly. I'll be coming back for sure!

Got my new lens in my old frames last week. Going to wait another week to wear as I am not sure the no lines are in the right positions. I am having to tilt my head to read signs instead of looking straight ahead. I realized when my setting were being done, I was not sitting up straight and the laptop was open directly in front of me. Suggest moving it off to the side so we are sitting up straight when the checks on position are being done and it is not being reached over to do the checks.
The new office is nice.but a bit confusing as I thought the first desk was the one to make an appointment at.nope, it is the one in the back to the right of where the glasses are worked on. A bit confusing. Of course, if you call in for one, you would go to the front one. The front one is when you have an appointment and check in there.
Staff is, as it always has been, very friendly.
Got my contacts for distance that day and all set to go. The new use one day and toss is great.no mess with cleaning daily!

Doctors might be good at this location but system or management does not seems right. Last week I asked them 4 times to confirm if they will accept my insurance, by phone, verified in their website, by text and at the time when I got appointment. I still have their text. They said they will accept my insurance and got appointment for approx.after 3 weeks. Yesterday I fill up new patient form online. In the evening they call me back and said, if I can pay CASH I can go in my apt.date otherwise not. If I want to use insurance they have to postponed my apt.two month later and it will be in April. Otherwise I need to cancel the apt. Really? Why is that? I asked them and they told me that it is because it will take 2 months to get money from insurance. So, they are looking for CASH option. If so why they told me they will accept my insurance? Why they schedule my apt? Why they are still keeping that insurance in their website? I have insurance, I am paying for insurance each month and why should I pay full amount to them because it will take them 2 months to get money from insurance? I live in Viridian, they are in front of us right there, that was the reason I wanted to go there. If they can get 1000's of patient I also can get 100's of provider like them. I am just wondering why they want CASH option? To make money too quick? Or to avoid hassle to get money from insurance? If so why they just don't offer saying "We don't accept any insurance"? If I reschedule apt.for April like they said, how I can trust them that they will say something different at that time to cancel my apt.again? There is something wrong! Be careful guys! Think twice, thrice before you go there. They need to fix the issue first. I work for the public, I work for the government, they does not accept insurance provided by the government? Really? I want to give suggestion to the management, first of all cleanup your mess, your system, remove that insurance from your website, ask your employee to tell the patient that they will not accept that insurance upfront in their first call and ask them to tell them that they do business only in CASH and don't accept insurance. Fire incompetent person who don't like to deal with insurance unless that is your order. Since I live in same community, I will be watching you all day, everyday and caution the people who I know not to go there! They are not there for patient!

I asked up front for the cost of my exam, I was not only underquoted, I was charged an additional fee. My routine examame was double the price of my husband and also the prescription fee was 3 times higher. My husband went to a Accent Optometry in Arlington and received the same services. My total charge $164, my husband's total $75. PRICE GAUGING AT ITS BEST!

Annual eye exam was a great experience as usual. Staff are always helpful and friendly. First visit at new location after many years at old location. Not as easy to get in and out of parking lot as before, but the new office is nice.

Awesome office staff! What really sealed the deal was when I was picking out my frames Irfan not only helped me pick the best ones, he took notes sat down with me explained all the pros and cons of each style and lens type. He was very knowledgeable and a big help!

Very nice staff. I like going here because they have nice frames to choose from. My glasses have lasted me three years.

Love this place! I make the drive all the way from Fort Worth to here! I’ve been going here for the last 2 years and I never have to wait! The dr is very knowledgeable and does her job with care and passion! The optical lady was great! Front desk is fast and accurate! Couldn’t ask for a better eye care business!

I came in with broken sunglasses that I bought elsewhere, and the lab technician repaired them for me free of charge.

They didn't get my business last time, but they'll get it next time!

Great staff, very welcoming and friendly. Dr Nguyen listened to my needs and taylored a prescription for work and every day. Excellent help in picking out new frames as well. Great experience all the way through.

I have been seeing Dr. Karanges for over 25 years because she treats you like family. She is simply the best.and the staff is always very helpful and easy to work with when I need to change appointment times. Great place that I can highly recommend

Everyone is friendly, they don't keep you waiting for your appointment. Dr. Karanges is awesome! I've been going to get for about 18 years. She is very personable and helpful.

First Eye Care has been treating my eye care needs for several years now. The entire staff there is very professional. From the glasses department to the front desk to the contact fitting, the entire experience has always been quick and easy. I have seen both Dr. Karanges and Dr. Nguyen in the past. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and have always made me feel comfortable and taken care of! This is great place to receive eye care!

Dr. Vanessa Nguyen is highly knowledgeable and able to provide a detailed diagnosis and explain my options for eye care for eyeglasses, contacts, and to treat my dry eyes. I was thoroughly impressed by the array of equipment and screenings that they can perform. They have a great selection of frames and in very little time the staff helped me select a very nice pair of eyeglasses. I highly recommend to come in and specifically ask for an appointment with Dr. Vanessa Nguyen!

Great clean smelling atmosphere, very professional staff, great glasses selection and most of all we love our Doctor. BEST EYE CARE EVER.

Overall, I did enjoy my visit here. The doctor was pleasant as well as the other staff. My only hesitation on giving this location a 5-star rating was I wish they had more of a selection on frame options. I do love a great, classic frame so they did suit my needs.
