24Everyone was nice and made me feel comfortable. The guy who helped me with getting new glasses made sure I understood the breakdown of my insurance so there were no surprises.
Half day wasted. The office staff is useless. After showing up for the appointment they say they don’t accept my insurance. This is after giving all the details of insurance over the phone a week before and asking them again on Wednesday if the paper work is okay and if they needed a referral. I am so irritated with their customer service. Please don’t waste your time like me.
My family has been going to Dr. Karanges for several years now and we absolutely love her. She’s patient, thorough and listens to any and all concerns you may have with your eyes. I had major issues with wearing contacts due to my extreme astigmatism, but Dr. Karanges was patient with me and let me try out about 4 different brands over the course of a month so I could find the right ones for me. The staff are all very kind and they will always work with your schedule. I like that they are open one Saturday a month as well. Highly recommend First Eye Care!
Hands down the best service I have ever received at a doctor's office. Will definitely be referring First Eye Care: North Arlington to others!
