27Teller line was extremely slow. 3pm on a Monday 2 people in the lobby and 2 tellers. Worst experience I have had here ever. The Northwest branch is far better. Really disappointed.
I worked with Sonia over the phone today I was scared I wasn’t going to get approve to open a account with a credit union but it was smooth and easy and fast I’m glad to say I’m a credit union customer
I totally get the covid 19 situation first service credit union needs to observe other banks system an practices on conducting thier customer service account transactions. HORRIBLE wait times an long lines SHELL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION doesn't have these issues.
I needed something for the covid-19 season, but thanks for the help over the phone and emailing it online. Now that the lobby is opened, I am looking forward to a more friendly service.
Their drive thru deposit is bad.slow and they take their sweet time on everything. Like I know for a fact they are not busy on the lobby since they have it close due to covid 19 and all.but really yall have a good amount of staff to take care of the drive too with ease.why does it take forever to process the money? Also before the covid 19 when I go to the lobby, the bank tellers always having a good chat with their coworkers like as if their is no rush.i really hope all those negative habits wears off after the covid 19 goes away.they need to get on their A-game.
Got instant approval for auto loan on the spot. Avoid shell credit union. They approved me and when i went to buy the truck without telling me they lower my aprroved 10,000 less and i was piss and went here. This place was straight forward no b.s.
They discriminate against Hispanics and black people. I went there to open a business account. I waited for 1 hour and finally came my turn. This associate (lady) skip my name to take care if a white man. I asked her and she completely ignored me. After she finished with the man, she kept herself “busy” on the phone. She needs to be fired and banks needs to really deep into who they are hiring. Don’t discriminate people.
Twice now I go to make a deposit about 9: 15am and they are closed on a Thursday. I have worked for banks and Credit Unions and NEVER have they closed during normal banking hours. A teller told me they have staff meetings. What kind of business closes for this reason? Why dont they have meetings before the opening time like normal businesses? !
Ridiculous and because I couldn't deposit, now I have an NSF. I'm not happy!

Went in for advice on refinancing a car loan, they told me it was alright with 6 months payments to request a it.
The loan was not approved and my credit score lowered because of this. They misled me and gave me the wrong advice just so they could run my credit and try to sell me a worse loan than the one I already had.
Amazing service by Bryant B! We went around all day after finding my perfect car, trying to find a rate I could afford. After it almost looked like I couldn't get my car, he helped me and got me the perfect rate. Answered all my questions, worked hard to get what I needed, incredible job. I will only go to Bryant from now on:)
Customer services was great with the tellers. Security guard needs to be a little bit nicer. Don't judge a book by it's cover. Money comes in different shapes and colors.
Nolan was incredible helping us set up a brand new account. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the differences between account options, and helped get our 501c3 up and running quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Came here to open an account so i could leave chase. By far the best choice ive made, great staff and asses and issues. Talked with Kassandra M.and Bryan B. Who helped me with a small issues i had.cant thank them enough. Very helpful and went out of their way to help me with my problem. I recommend these guys over any big bank!
My bad. I let my account go $2.17 negative. I was charged $150.00 for that. Let that sink in for a minute.

After giving them my passport as identification that also asked for my license Like really? The state recognizes a passport as an legitimate form of Id smh Its always the same girl who hassles me and never gives me cash back Ridiculous the branch in Brookshire never gives me these problems
The staff at this branch have always seemed to go above and beyond for my family and I can tell the manager Nolan is a real pro. But, if he ever moves branches I will tell you I'm with Nolan and will go out of my way to continue dealing with him.
I was referred to First Service for a car loan by a manager at Westside Chevy. Lina helped me get approved quickly. She was insightful and I couldn't be more pleased with my new loan and my NEW CAR! Thanks First Service!
The drive through service is bad. The speaker that they try to use to communicate sounds worse than a fast food restaurant. I couldn't understand what the guy was saying and had to go inside.
