Good quality. Enforcing people to wear mask for safety. But state restriction is lifted, need to change the open hours back to normal. Many are rushed to go to the gym before close/limited hours and very crowded, therefore, no social distancing. Also, open hours are not good for those who works on the week days.

I love this gym the staff always polite n the cleanliness and a very affordable price on gym dues.

There hours of operations are terrible. They close at 8pm on Friday and 5pm on Saturday and closed altogether on Sunday. Good gym but these hours won’t work for me.

Avoid this gym like the plague.

My wife and I have had our membership for only ONE month and have had the worst experience.

My wife signed up for personal training through a manager here named Anthony. Remember that name. It's important to note that this personal training is $105 a month. My wife EXPLICITLY told Anthony that she only wanted a single month of training. NOT a month-to-month basis. We do not have the money to be able to pay month-to-month. He said "It was fine, no problem what-so-ever. They generally do month-to-month but they would make a special exception for her and write a note to corporate. " So based on what he said, we signed her up for personal training.

After she paid for the single month, she continuously went to the front desk to confirm that he put in the notice to corporate. He ceaselessly avoided her at all cost and would "conveniently" not be there when the front desk told us he would be in for certain. This process went on for the whole month till the final day of the month. Of course, at this point, he finally showed up and hunted her down to assure her that she would be charged for the next month. Furious, we both pointed out this whole situation to him, another manager, and the gym's general manager. He would not take any blame what-so-ever.

Now it has boiled down to a "he said, she said" situation. Needless to say, they are not going to reimburse us our $105. We are not in a situation where $105 can just go out of our bank account for no reason. Thanks to this gym and their sleazy management (Anthony specifically) I don't know how we will be able to pay all of our bills this month.

Anthony, if you read this I want you to know you are a scumbag. You take advantage of people trying to better themselves. You are complete trash and I truly hope you are fired. Though I find that unlikely, because the rest of the fitness connection management and corporate support you and praise you for being an absolute piece of s**t.

Suffice to say, after one month of having a membership at this gym, we are canceling my wife's membership. The management here is toxic and evil.

Please, don't be like us. Find a gym that isn't run by leeches.

I been shopping around for a good gym. Finally I saw this gym smells bad, the problem is over crowded you have to wait to do your exercise it just overwhelming. You have the membership 10$ a month but on other hand you going to loss people I know money ur #1 priority.

Who doesn't treat older people with respect.
I did my complain. After 4 years I cancel my membership x this issue. Is nice place but the employers do not have a good training.

Not only am I member of this gym I have multiple gyms around Houston and I can honestly say I've been to every location and this is the absolute BEST! We signed up on their promotion they are running for $10 down $10 a month. We use the kids club daily and the kids enjoy it. Over all experience is great.

Has everything that Anyone is looking for to get in great shape! Very clean gym. Brand new equipment and has huge!

Very rude staff, tell you go ahead and use gym while doing paperwork then hunt you down and treat you like a trespasser even after having explained.

Forgot my ID and had a picture of it and they still made me drive 20 min back to my house to get it. One of the worst fitness connections to workout at.

This is from personal experience from this gym. This is a good place to workout, but I urge anyone considerusing joining fitness connection to NOT sign up for personal training. It’s a trap! Once you sign up it’s difficult to get out. I’m still trying get free from these charges. Please don’t make my mistake.

Employees are always late in the morning. Been a member for 3 months and there has been at least 8 occurrences where members are stuck waiting outside for well over thirty minutes past the time they are supposed to open. For example: right now as I sit in the parking lot waiting for an employee to show up and there are thirty people outside the door.

Sexist. I'm a male I didn't have my tag or I'd told me I couldn't get in without either 1. I go today June 20th 2018 lady in front of me didn't have either manager gorg go ahead we normally do allow it though. Why didn't I get thay same hospitality? I try and get a regional manager number they hang up in my face constantly. The MANAGER OF ASAIN DECENT is rude, and disrespectful. STAY AWAY

This gym is great. You can't beat the price and it makes you wonder why other gyms cost 6 times the price when they are only marginally higher quality.

Instructor is very professional as well as knowledgeable about the body, how it works, and how to help you get the best version of yourself.

Highway robbery.few days late due to my account being messed up by another vendor charging too much. Only for them to say that will be 33.00 in late fees.my light bill doesnt even charge that. Just 5.00.thats how they treat you and lost my drivers license too. Im done with gyms.this is third time with incidents with gyms.

I joined this gym last year and I love it. I like working out in the morning because its less pack as with any gym folks getting off from work.

They made us sat with my husband while employees (young males.night shift) were playing talking amongst each other from one desk to another.front and sales desk. I was looking to this gym as a potential.employees didn't even took the time to give us a tour.very disrespectful.

My daughter’s 1st day and the worker that checked her in used the F word towards her. Total ghetto gym! Dirty paper towels everywhere! When you pay Walmart prices you get a Walmart gym!
