I really like the equipment and free weights even when it is busy can still find somewhere to workout I think staff could be a little friendlier but it's a gym

Decent equipment, not very responsive employees. The kids club isn't much better than leaving your kids unattended. Any time I peeked in the window my toddler and at least a couple others were crying, with nobody paying attention to them at all until they noticed me watching

I have been a member and I am very satisfied. Helpful and nice staff at all times. Personal trainers are always willing to help, they will keep pushing you until you see results.

To whom, if anyone, this would concern: this is the WORST gym ever. I blame management for hiring Brandon. It’s unfortunate, this is a really great gym, very clean and new. BUT, it was to mine and 2 other friends’ surprise that we wouldn’t be given an opportunity to enjoy our experience at this gym. We all went online and signed up for the 5 day pass. Given, we did not print out our “5 day pass” email, even though there is a printer 5 feet away from Brandon’s desk. But, who cares right? Fitness Connection would rather us leave and not give us an opportunity to workout at the gym. We went to the UPS store to print out the emails for the 5 day pass and came back to Fitness Connection. After going through all this trouble COMPLETELY out of our way, we were then told by Brandon that we will still not be able to workout because we were not “local residents”. Which, I don’t know about you, but, who is he to tell anyone who is and who isn’t a local resident. We specifically went to this location because it is the nearest. But, again, who cares right? Fitness Connection falsely advertises the promise of a 5 day pass to only harass and solicit their services to members. My family, friends and I spent almost 2+ hours to workout and guess what we DIDNT GET TO WORKOUT. We left there empty handed. Robbed of our dream to workout together as a family. It is completely despicable and disgusting how this was handled. Feel free to call me, I’d love to discuss this with anyone there in management. The only solution to resolve this matter is to give us the 5 day passes we originally signed up for and an offer of services discounted at a special rate that do not require immediate sign-up. If you do not feel compelled in providing these passes, then, I guess everything I’ve mentioned up to this point is true afterall.

Horrible customer service. They are rude. They way the child care people spoke to my daughter she said it made her want to cry and asked to not go into child care so we just left. The facility is nice but the employees are another story. It was over $200 to join for two people wish I would have went elsewhere.

Whoever invested this gym into this particular location is genius. This gym is absolutely amazing. I’ve been going to Fitness Connection daily for the past year and I am very pleased that I go here. This gym definitely needs to expand though. They’ve been promoting this $10 monthly fee which of course attracts more people to go to Fitness Connection. However, since the promotion attracted people, they need to expand their gym and make it bigger. They should use the property that’s between Sams Club and Fitness Connection to extend their gym property. It gets really packed in the evening which is quite irritating since everyone is on a machine. Also, the employees are really nice. I don’t seem to understand why people in this review section are complaining.

Operations manager does not know how to operate. Changed cars for a day so I did not have my key tag or wallet on me. Drove all the way to the gym just to be denied entrance into the gym I PAY to go to. Even though the rude lady could of looked up my info with my phone number or name then seen my account picture, she decided to be a rude and did not let me in. She acted like as if she was working at a bank and I was trying to get someones account info. No kind of customer service at all & will be canceling my membership soon

Go very early in the morning, most of the times weights dumbbells are scatter all over people not bring them back, dick move, but the facility is very clean and maintained.

They can’t handle a one year old. They called me into the child center to calm him down.saying he was “ jumping on tables. ” My one year old can’t jump at all.so he had to climb oN a chair to get on tables.three people couldn’t stop him from climbing on a chair to get on a table.three grown adults could not prevent a one year old from climbing on a chair to get on a table.their excuse was he is too “fast” I think they just didn’t want to do their job. Some people shouldn’t be left alone with children. Don’t trust your children with them. I will never be returning to that location.

People that come to this gym don't put weights back nor do they clean the sweat drenched equipment they were on. The staff memebers do not clean or pick up weights that are misplaced in the gym. Weights are literally all over the place on the floors, its hard to find the weights one needs for their work out. Bits and pieces of trash on the equipment in the cardio area and hidden water bottles that are almost empty just left in the weight area. But the locker rooms are clean.

I read all these reviews and most of them are about the staff. I assure everyone it isn't that bad, I have had no problems with the staff. In fact if you sign up online you don't have to even speak with a staff members. They keep the place sanitized and clean. I've been to 2 other facilities and the humble fitness connection is by far the best one. Everyone is courteous and friendly. The equipment is top notch and in great condition. The sauna is clean, the locker room is well maintained and clean. I honestly can't say anything bad about this facility. And to everyone bitching about the so called "hidden fees". If you read the paperwork before you sign them you will see all the fees. And to the lady gripping about having to pay for the child care because you are not a member yet, you must be a Democrat. Haha! Keep up the good work management!
