Five Guys reviews
26I’m only giving two stars and that was for the fast smiling friendly service. Shelly was awesome. My Bacon Burger and Fries on the other hand were subsubpar. I wouldn’t have given the food one star. My burger was a sopping mess when I arrived at work to consume it and my fries though nicely golden brown were only brown from old grease obviously as they were not even fully cooked. There Drink selection is limited to Coca-Cola products which was also a disappointment. I’m overwhelmed at the positive reviews I’m seeing here. Nothing was positive about this experience except for the server Shelly. I will not be spending over average prices for such horrible food. Smh
I tried 3 different combination of burgers 2 different fries and all of them just tasted average like any other fast food chain and i mean very average or even below average nothing special about them however you will still pay premium price "overpriced"
Large burger, tasty however.
80 plus for me and 4 kids and all of them had soggy buns that fell apart.
Still my favorite burger chain. Amazingly great burgers made anyway you want. The only drawback (its a design festure) are all the choices! LOL! But those burgers and delicious fresh cut fries are tops! I love this place!
Hamburger wasn't quite as good as usual as the one that I eat at in Plano Texas. I was visiting Houston and had lunch with my daughter and we decided to eat at the Five Guys.
Very good food. Burger was as I ordered. Im always shocked by the bill. This is a premium burger place.
Food was delicious. I had a sunless burger wrapped in lettuce. Yum. This location is very clean, fast and friendly.
Was given the wrong order first. Good thing we were eating in. Got a "little" burger with everything, but it looked exactly like the regular bruger, which we got, but had not ordered. We had ordered a double burger also. Had to have the staff make us a double burger with everything. Tasted ok. Fries made fresh daily - not frozen. We ordered the Cajun and got a large, which was more than enough for two adults. Found a fairly clean table for two and while waiting snacked on peanuts out of the shell. We ordered just after lunch time and the tea machine was not replenished, so not all flavors available. Staff friendly. Went to the FM 1960 location near Willowbrook Mall.
It ain't cheap but my goodness it's worth every penny. You have to love any place that hand cuts and makes their own french fries on site. They also literally advertise to add bacon to their milkshakes. You have to love that.
One of the best burgers I've ever had. They have sooooooooooooooooooooooooo options to dress your burger with. The wait is is little long and the price is a bit high, but that's because it's a top notch sandwich. I really recommend you add fries and a milk shake to your meal. They are both equally delicious. Just all around amazing meal.
The staff is friendly, efficient, and very approachable. I love that I can walk in and order during a busy lunch rush, give my order, and still only have to wait about 10 minutes for a hot, fresh hamburger that has everything on it I want. (Extra pickles ftw.)
The fries are amazing, and they always give you more than you would expect. "Oh, no, I have too many hot, delicious, perfectly seasoned fries! " -Said no one ever.
Food was good. Burger could use some seasoning and they could come down off them prices. $30 for 2 meals is not very reasonable. Service was ok. Love the drink machines.
Messed up our order! Paid 60 dollars for 5 burgers and drinks. Awful! Could have went and ate a full on restaurant. Won’t go back.
Love this place! Great food for a great price. This is my burger place when I want a good tasting burger and fries and. I leave full!
Nothing negative here. The food is worth every penny. The service was great. Facility is clean and well kept. Those fries are amazing Everytime I've been.
Small burgers for high price but tasty also a 10$ small hamburger should come with fries and drink but all sold separately I want be going back. Wasn't to keen about spending 50 bucks at a hamburger joint.
My family and I came in 15 minutes before they closed due to us getting in late from travel. The whole stuff was very nice and didn't seem to mind even though they already started to clean up. Restaurant was clean and welcoming. Food was great.
Friendly staff and good food that was fresh. The only downside is it is a little expensive for a burger joint.
What the hell is with the prices I could of went to taco bell for $5 my god i mean its great food but $16 for a burge fries and a drink and the line of people waiting for food is insane espically on a wed at 12: 30 p.m. This will def be my LAST visit
Called 30 minutes ahead of time for a large order of Cajun fries extra crispy and arrived at the location and been waiting and extra 15 minutes. So over 45 minutes for a single order of large Cajun fries. And friend were not crispy with all that extra time. Horrid.
